The customer service has been awful for the past several years. They are rude and don't want to help you unless you're buying a new $600 phone or paying your bill. They cater to the Spanish community and many of the customer service agents are hard to understand and/or not qualified to serve English speaking customers. I was actually asked to leave the premises on one occasion due to the fact that the manager was açting unprofessional and I said that I was going to report her. Metro PCS does not cater to existing customers but only those who switch carriers. Free phones are advertised for everyone but that is not the fact. At least the other carriers specify whether it's for switching carriers to get a free phone. I feel neglected by Metro after having service through them for 10+ years. Don't fall for the scam by T-Mobile over the phone that they bought Metro, you are required to switch and you get free phones plus get to keep your number. I did and got the phones which they gave me all new numbers for. At the time with Metro I had 4 lines for $100. T-mobile didn't offer that plan. By the time they finally released our old numbers it was too late and the numbers were given away. When I switched back to Metro they wouldn't give me my 4 line plan back and we had to get new numbers. Also 3 lines cost $120/month when I before I had a family plan of 4 lines for $100. I was scammed and payed a horrible price for falling for it. Now I only get 2 phones for $80. Scams like this should be illegal with repercussions.

You walk in get information on plans, go to pick out a phone and they have only higher price phones for you to get. Didn't want a Samsung 53. Walked out and went to cricket.

Sima was great.she listened to my concerns and provided me solution. I was porting from cricket and she went beyond to ensure that i come over to metro. She is knowledgeable and really ensures that her customers are taken great care of. I will only come to this store and deal with her. Thank you for having really knowledgeable helpful sale reps.

Horrible service, charge extra hidden fees, don't give you any good phone options, seller barely speaks English. Save yourself money time and trouble, go to corporate store by the Edison Mall so you don't get scammed.

I went to this store because my LG was messing up. Sima was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for my new phone. She also helped me sign up for the government program and made sure that it was applied to my account. This is the store to come to if you want to be helped and leave confidently with a brand new phone. Ask for Sima. She is awesome at what she does! Amazing

The lady that's in there that made my grandma make an entire new email to activate her phone so she could get a sale then a month-and-a-half later told my mom that she couldn't have her phone for going over 30 days without activating it where if she would have just called the main support they could have done that I did everything over the phone because of her I called another company bought another phone and a service plan when I found out my mom's phone number that she had for 18 years could have been hers through Metro again but the lady didn't want to even call this main support to double-check I went all around paid over $200 to try to get my mom's phone turned back on so she can have the same number when all she had to do was tell me yes let me call customer service pay $30 to get it reactivated and you have your phone again and we were going to buy a new phone with them don't go here find another Metro store because the lady that's there will haggle you and trick you into getting some of the worst deals possible

Another rude unprofessional person working for MetroPCS. While I was speaking to a young lady and I was explaining that I shouldn't have to pay for another activation fee because it's not my fault the phone was defective and I just brought it a week ago. They had to order a new phone and now want me to pay another activation fee. I told her it's not fair and I don't want the phone. She got upset and hung up on me. All they want is more money. I'm changing companies. Very unprofessional! Do your research before you do business with this company.

Even though the employees are trained to troubleshoot issues they will not do it and are just very unhelpful. Had to call metropcs to address the issues I was having instead.

Had Boost Mobile, for three months. Phone got destroyed. They no longer had my Samsung a10e in stock. Wanted $250 to get a phone that would work with my plan. Then they were incapable of making the switch. I shopped around a little. Verizon was too expensive, and offered me nothing to switch. Came here, got a $50 unlimited plan. Free LG6 Stylo. (Very nice phone!) Was out the door with a phone, case, screen protector, activation fee, and first month of service for $140.68! Very competent young ladies, running the show here!
