I told the not so bright person that was working there that I needed a new phone and hated the one that I had. When she had nearly finished the transaction and programming my new phone, she informs me that it is identical to my existing phone with a big smile like it was a good thing. What part of "I never want another of these phones" did she not understand?

I just want to thank Renzo, Brian, and Sasha for always helping me they are very nice people here in metro I always come to see them I get all my phones and accessories here and I always tell my friends to come here

I wanted to switch to MetroPCS today. Brought my own phone to the store.
The current promo is $25 a month unlimited with a free sim card. But the employee at the location.said I didn't qualify because my current service is not a competitor. If it's not metro pcs I'm pretty sure it's a competitor. Plus I didn't read that on the website. False advertising. He wanted me to spend more money when I didn't have to when I clearly qualified for the current promotion.

Sam was great! He really took his time with my boyfriend. He made sure all contacts, pics etc.transfered fine. However is the manager needs to give this young man a raise. Thanks Sam!

Young kid named Sam knows a lot about the iPhone he told me about so much about it I decided to buy it. I didn’t know I could buy Apple accessories to control my home’s lights and door locks, Air con, cameras, but he told me about homekit on my new iPhone 12. He showed me how to pair my first accessory. He is very thoughtful after trying the phone for a week, I am very satisfied with the purchase, thanks Samy!

Employee who helped me with my new apple phone was samy. He moved all my data from my old one to the new one.he let me unbox it which was cool, and he explained all the new features like a pro

Took the time to create a review for this store. I came in to switch to the new Samsung a32 and I am big on gaming and phone speed. Samy knows his stuff, he explained everything about the a32 to the bone and left no details spared. Samy took his time and was awesome!

Went in to transfer from AT&T to Metro and was able to do it quickly thanks to Renzo. He was able to do it quickly and told me about the fees before so nothing went unsaid. I would recommend.

This was an excellent visit. Jessica helped me transfer all my info from my older phone onto my new sylo 6 to replace my sons who broke his. She was patient and took the time to make sure both phones were free'd up and personalized for both of our needs!

I came into the store stressed out. I lost my phone 4 days ago got a new phone and I was so pleased to be able to talk to such a qualified young person who helped me through every question I asked she answered with superior knowledge.even though there were issues with the SIM card Jessica continue to work the problem work the issue until she found a solution. Jessica also Incorporated her associate Steve who was just as knowledgeable and very relaxed and between the two of them they got the job done. I came in stressed out and left happy calm and knew I was in good hands.continue to incorporate young people like these young people Jessica and Steve because they are definitely an asset to your company.
I'm 59 years old I've been in customer service game all my life.these are the kind of young employees that are just going to get better and better and better continue to promote them and praise them they deserve thanks.

Don't go there it's the worst place on the planet.the staff, the owners are a disgrace to this company.
