3Bad experience, I was overcharged for a phone screen protector that crack next day, probably on shelve for too long, went back to store and they told me out of luck, want to pay extra and get no warranty, go to this store, don't complain if they take your money.
I gave it a one star because I can't give it 0 stars. I was overcharged for a phone which is online at metropcs website for $189. They charged me for the same phone with a so call $10 discount, $240. That's an extra $51 I was ripped off.
YOU WILL FIND SAME PHONE AT OTHER METROS CHEAPER.
Great Customer Service with a greeting at the door. He was very patient and kind with helping my mother and I pick out phones and cases and switching our service to T-Mobile.
