Metro by T-Mobile, Homosassa FL

On or about May 28th I went to get a new phone. They sold me a party speaker didn't ask me if I wanted it I assumed it went with the phone and then they also sold me the adapter that you plug into the wall to plug your charger and I have tons of those I didn't need one this is about $50. The phone cuts off all the time mid-conversation. I called 611 the girl listened to me and let me talk to my supervisor and then all the sudden recording of a Spanish word speaking in Spanish came on. I don't speak Spanish. If this is the way you operate your business I want nothing to do with Metro. You sell things to people that don't know any better just to make an extra buck. I will be going to another carrier

I like metro service a lot, but I don't appreciate this particular store. I was charged $60 for a case without asking, which i did not want, and i asked if the phone came with a charger. I was told yes. When i got home there was no charger only a cord. I called metro directly and got credited for the bad experience here.

In reply to the owner, as I stated metro company (not your store) has rectified and credited me 2 free months of service for the horrible treatment by your homossasa store. Always call metro directly. Also, They told me I was entitled to a free phone upgrade and they mail it directly to your home. Which the woman in your store definitely did not mention to me. I told her I lost my phone and she said to wait a month before ccalling and cancelling. How obsurd!

New guy behind counter 2 weeks trying to be nice understanding get home with my stuff he ddnt give me my box for new phone it had new charger not my bad for not checking my bag called back tells me" I must have dropped it n parking lot ", and he couldn't find it in store.yeah there were enuf people in strip mall would hv told me if I dropped it, he ddnt put it in bag.customer always right.and he ddnt give it to me and that was after I was there 2 hours

A BUNCH OF ROOKIES never have any real representative to assist in your problems! ALWAYS A WASTE OF TIME

It is not MetroPCS. I've been with them since they opened. It is the guy that works at the Authorized dealer Store. I don't know if he's the manager but he is so rude and disrespectful! The store in Crystal River Florida. It's the closest from Homosassa. I changed carriers because of my encounters with him while I was going through Identity Theft and Hacked. This guy is like ice and didn't want to hear it, just wanted to sell me another phone. Google gave me a verification code for a free phone. He wouldn't even look at it. He likes to argue, he's right and that's that. I enjoyed MetroPCS before I moved here and encountered him.

Great costumer service. Love my services I get with my phone and home internet. Great prices too.

Went today to have a phone added to my account. The young ladies that were working were quite knowable about what was needed to get everything done. Got us in a out. Quite satisfied.

Jordan was amazing. If that's her name I didn't pay attention but the receipt says that. So the manager is a little intimidating but jordan is smart and easy to talk to.so I like her.thanks jordan!

MetroPCS these people are scanners. They DONOT follow there warranties or policies. The stores in Spring Hill, Homosassa Springs, and Crystal River. There service is less than professional, more like kindergarten. They only want to sell you there junk phones from Asia. BE AWARE, if you leave the store and find out when you get home the phone is damaged or does not function properly they will NOT replace it or refund your money.

The young lady who helped me was excellent in her customer service. She took care of all my issues. Kudo's to this employee!
