6Don't ever go to this MetroPCS, they sold me a refurbished phone as new and also charged me for many accessories they never gave me. I went to return it and they refused because they said it was an upgrade (it was not) they refused to help in anyway. I have to restart my phone several times a day because it won't send or receive calls and messages. Paloma and the other employee starts with a L worst employess ever, thieves!
Horrible customer service. The blonde lady working there was incredibly rude and told me that my father should be the one with an iPhone not me since he works with it. We also asked for a phone with lots of storage and she said that unless my father was a cyber computer tech she didn’t see the reason why he needed that much storage. Like girl.even if I wanted 200gb to watch Netflix it’s none of your business. Do not go here or get service from here!
Worse customer service! Do not come here, unless you tolerate impatient, rude, and outright disrespectful people. I came in to the store while another customer was being “helped”, by the two ladies working (manager, and another employee). They were very disrespectful to the customer because she spoke creole, and little English. To both the manager and the employee working on June 8th shame on you. Neither of you had the customer service skills to try and help your client, instead you continued to complain about having to help her. Definitely not coming back to this location.
BEWARE OF SCAMMERS
came in for a simple upgrade for my wife and she wanted the new moto stylus and was told the phone was 359.99 plus upgrade fee and processing fee. I have worked for the company in the past and new something was going on so I went down to the corporate location in Wellington. For the same phone on upgrade with a case and screen protector I walked out paying 260. I know times are tough but there is no need to be over pricing phones to make a little more commission, SHAME ON YOU!
