Another lie from this store, the " owner" sent u a link to chat to see how they can make up the mess, you write them and never hear from them again; they sent this link that the others people who see the reviews they can think this people care about theirs customer's.
Went to do an upgrade front counter girl offers the financial, omiting very important information, at the end I finish paying like 250 dollars more for upgrade I was so upset, NEVER EVER GO TO THAT STORE.

The salesperson they have working there at the moment is completely incompetent. I went there two days in a row trying to get an upgrade and done to a Moto e 2020 model and on the first day, after she tried to do the upgrade in the system for about 20 minutes unsuccessfully, she said the system was down and that no one is able to do upgrades. On the second day she tried again without luck, then said the phone wasn't the right one and then tried to argue with me about the phone model which she knew absolutely nothing about, as well as the price discussed on the previous day. Lol. At this point i had lost all confidence in her ability to help me in any way and decided it was best i walk away.
