It's ridiculous this place! I'm told I'm elegible for a great discount on upgrade and the discount on upgrades is like $20 on a phone! Metro should do lying and tell customer the truth. When I called in I was told will get a great discount and when you arrive at the stores it's a whole new ball game!

I bought a OnePlus N100 a few months ago big mistake worst phone. I went into the corporate store in Naples because my screen is cracked and was told there was nothing they could do because the phone was damaged. It's a CRACKED" screen. The phone works. I pay insurance on the phone my choices were to purchase a new phone, make a claim with the insurance company which would cost me $60 and was given a card so that I could take my phone elsewhere and have my screen fixed with 10% off. It would have cost me $179.00 to fix before the discount. I have never had such awful customer service. I have been a customer for many years. MetroPCS is definitely not what it used to be. Customer service and customer satisfaction went out the door a long time ago. So here I am now with a phone with a CRACKED' screen. There were two young girls in the store that were useless and not interested in helping me. Very dissatisfied customer and this has given me the push I needed to go with another company. I would never again recommend anyone to Metro.

I waited 40 minutes to get service before I walked out. Meanwhile there was 2 people waiting on one customer and telling me it would just be a minute. Thinking about switching service after that visit.
