Noel is A con artist my upgrade price was only $99 he charged me almost $200 and then told me he's the store manager so there's nothing I can do about it and laughed at me when I asked for him to fix my bill then proceeded to tell me I wasn't allowed to return my phone even though the receipt said I can and told me that I could come back this weekend and speak with the owner if I have a problem
Food was Truly Awful - Beef & Barkley meat was hard as a rock! Fried rice meat was hard as rock also as if meal had been prepared much earlier & had been reheated over & over again before sending it to me for resale. Upset this meal cost me $50, this Customer Very Disappointed!
Worst customer service experience ever with MetroPCS. The store associate would not return phone purchased the day before, noting an all sales final policy that is only printed on the receipt. When do you get your receipt? Only after the purchase. Shameful.
