3Never put your account on auto draft. It is impossible to get Service canceled If you only have 1 line and you break your phone. You are out of luck getting help from any location or customer service because they want to send a verification text to your phone that is broke even if you try to show your ID they don't want to accept it. I had to close my bank account to stop service. Horrible service
My mom was visiting from out of town when her phone stopped working. The young lady at this location was friendly, helpful, and patient working with myself and my mom through her phone issues.
