Last Monday, July 10, in the afternoon, my husband and I went to this store to request a transfer pin, we were attended by a guy who said he was an assistant manager and that this could not be done (all this in a bad way). Way) that it was impossible, we asked to speak with the manager and he told us that he was not there, that we should go on Wednesday so that they could tell us if the manager could attend us on Thursday or Friday (a lot of disrespect with the clients) this subway worker He doesn't know how to work, he doesn't want to and he's in very bad shape, we went to another metro pcs store and a girl took very good care of us and solved our problem
