10Went there last night and the oerson that took care of me new what he was doing. Sometimes you will go there with staff that do not have a clue about issues with your phone. Thank you for helping me out
Service are diferent according to the person at that moment.try to by a new phone, sunday the service person told me tha they have a promotion with the phone, case and protecto free with the phone, but i did no buy it because the did not have the case and the cover, a 4 days latter i went back an d the service person was off.anothe service person said to me that he did not know about that promotion. The phone cost $ 99.99.adn at the end this service person charge $ 179.00.asked why He said tha that store was independent, not company store and the prices changed. I would not recomended.
Store staff was really helpful specially Albert which he took his time to help me fix and figure out my current device. I would recommend it.
Poor customer service. Literally, you can only buy or make payments at that location. They don't have the knowledge of nothing in regard to technical support. They just tell customers that they are no longer corporate but regular dealer. While being in there, an old person even called the police because of the treatment he received from one of the associates. It's definitely not a place to go.
If I could not give it any stars I would, terrible customer service, mistreatment of the costumer, they just verbally mistreated me and when I asked to see the manager she was the one who was talking to me so I couldn't ask someone else to help me, don't go to buy any phone here when the manager or employee Monica is here, I advise you not to do so.
They attempt to help you with cell phone service and also sell supplies associated with cellphone
Terrible customer service, I arrived and there were only 3 customers being served, no one else waiting, but there were 4 people among those 3 customers, I spent an hour waiting and no one had the courtesy to approach me and there were even two women serving a single customer I looked at how they made a face more than the fact that two people were necessary for a single client. Cheap is expensive because, in addition to bad service, they do not have trained personnel or for the basics in human relations, they should invest in training and be more selective in the training of their teams because they represent what metro is.
Horrible service, they sold me a new phone, the SIM card was on and off all the time from the first day, and I went to the office in 117 ave 72 st, and after waiting more than 30 minutes finally they called me and did nothing, the employee reset the connection and, of course, he did not fix the problem at all, and he did not know how to do anything, very unprofessional and lack of skills, the only thing I needed was change the Sim Card, hopefully in near future nobody will need to go to these lack of function offices and we can do everything online.
Dont underestimate metropcs, they are one of the best prepaid cellphones with excellent connection.
