6Unprofessional and Disappointing. I went into this location the other day to pay my $105 bill with $120 cash and the only person there, Marissa told me she couldnt give me change. She said that they didnt keep change on the premises. I could not believe this so I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. I had to go up to the winn dixie and get change so that I could pay my bill. This is unprofessional and inconvient. They do not have a payment machine either. I asked for their business card so that I could have their address and the managers name and they dont even have business cards.

Just bought a new phone 4 days ago and really disliked the phone that I bought. Went back to the store to exchange it for another phone. They said I could do nothing and I am stuck with the phone because it is an upgraded phone. Upgraded phone, means you been with the company and your getting a new one. Been with PCS for many years now and this is how they treat there old customers. Might need to find a new service. The staff, and manager think would rather sit around than help me out.
Went in on Jan 3, paid my bill and bought a new phone. On Jan 4 the phone service was turned off for non payment. The clerk acted as if I had not paid. Be sure you get a receipt!
All I can say is Ask for Milton. When I tell you that Milton knew right off the bat what I wanted and what I liked without asking not only did Milton me me feel comfortable in the store but made my time in the store enjoyable and super easy when it came to accessories. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
