These people will do anything and everything to make you get a new number. They bundle accessories and tell you it’s free when really they are selling you a discounted phone and just adding useless things to make their commission.do not let your parent or older family member come here. They will take advantage of them.
Run away form this store! I do not recommend it!
I give them 1 star because it is the minimum that leaves me, but it can be 0. I went in the store around 6: 45 pm- 7pm. There is this thick lady who attended it me. She tried to scammed me. All I wanted was to purchase a new SIM card Kit and service plan. I told her my phone was factory unlocked and she was on he cell phone and rude. She told me, I needed to pay $150 for my new sim card kit, service plan and activation. She told me I cannot purchase the sim card kit in the store so I went to Walmart and purchased it. The company is irresponsible and the customer service is the worst. Horrible customer service.
Please don't go to that agency.
