May be sitting here an hour for three people guy seems nice but talk about no work flow he's probely the slowest worker I've ever seen and the music makes it worst long wait

I went in to pay a phone bill & change my plan. I was told being my wait time was extremely long & their appreciation for my patience they were "giving" me a wireless headset (but in reality I was charged for them by emp id: IJS410.) I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't pay attention to my receipt even though I should have but my facial expression obviously showed me questioning why my bill was high. When the employee who helped me noticed my look he fed me an excuse as I was walking off as to why it was so high and how next month it will reflect normal. Again, I was in a rush to get to work because I was going to be late, but I will hold some of the responsibility for not slowing down to check the receipt and question the total as I should have. But it's obvious this store is okay with lying and deceiving customers in order to make a quick buck.

Ms. Cynthia gave me the best customer service that I ever received in many years with Metro. Gracias.

There is a lot of difference currently in the store from what the very rude previous employees showed. These guys really know how to do their job. I have been there several times to have their support in my new device and they always know how to make you feel better with a smile and kindness. In addition to the fact that they perfectly master their work. The best new team I have seen in that place for years!
