They need to hire people that want to work and are friendly. And want to help because the people they got there now don't know what there doing and act like there doing you a favor with bad attitude. Horrible customer service. They don't want to tell you about the special they just want to sell you a high price phone. They need to work on there customer service and people skills. They just hire anybody that came off the boat. The girl that works there did not know English. Did not even connect the phone or but the plan I wanted. I had to call metro and do it my self she had me there for hours for her to not even get my line working. They need to do better training and hire people that want to help and make the company great.

They were extremely helpful. Claudia got my phone working and all of my information transferred to my new phone. Then when I did I don't know what to my phone a few days later and accidentally erased all my contacts, she was able to restore everything for me! Life-saver!

They are rip off don't go there i went to coral way miracle mile metro and this lady's friendly always helpful and they actually lessen at customers and what i ask.
