Store manager Miss Denise was very helpful polite she took her time with our problem to solve the matter she has great customer patience and her smile just captured us we thank you for your awesome customer service we will be back great service

Never liked Metro PCS by T-Mobile the company not the people who works there bad reception

I don't know, I recommend them, I went to buy a phone and they don't respect the prices they have on the counter and also they don't respect the promotions given by the metro pcs company. We have to report this situation because they are committing a lot of consumer fraud and the police arrive and they don't do anything. Their work means that they steal with a license and no one has told them anything for many years and I see that they are always changing the page and those who comment giving good testimony are always the same people who own this place. They steal information from you when you make purchases with your documentation. I say this because a few hours after making the purchase there was fraud with my card and I'm sure they were very careful anyway, it's better to look for another location

I went to buy a phone and they scammed me in this store.the prices they give to the customer are incorrect. They need to stop scamming people.the time i was in the store 45 minutes they scammed 4 people in front of my face. Spanish people who do not speak English are robbed in this store.and I see that the owner has his staff well trained to steal people's money. I do not recommend it, they are thieves.

Great costumers services, very fast, nice experience, I paid less than I was expecting with the acp program.

Came here at 9 they open at 10 okay no problem I come back at 11: 42. Been here for 10 minutes This is what I see it never fails with this location. SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY
