Ok where to start? ! Barbara is an absolute angel and helped me out so much with getting my daughter her own phone line and hooked us up with free tablets which was totally unexpected! And also helped me with getting internet with T-Mobile which was sooo easy and affordable! She was such a funny nice and real person and not pushy or giving a sales pitch I loved my visit to this store! I definitely recommend this location for any phone related needs!

Came in to pay my phone bill and was told about the home Internet they have to offer and I was assisted by Barbara which saved me an additional $40 a month just by combining my phone and Internet together can't thank her enough definitely recommended tgis location wonderful team and awesome customer service

Wonderful customer service I am deaf and the young lady with the tattoos I believe her name was Debra or Barbara not sure bit she was wonderful with writing down Any questions and tried her best to communicate with me and understood the problem I was having and fixed it within minutes super satisfied definitely recommend I will definitely be returning

This location and the people who work here are great. The one closer to me that I use to go to are so horrible I would not recommend going anywhere near them. These guys are soooo helpful and wonderful. They try to show you how to save money anywhere you can. Thanks guys for your great customer service.

This location is very unhelpful, I have a high security on my account and I went to the store to get my high security removed and they are charging me and my mother is in New York and she needs a phone. I need somebody from the higher up to contact me so this can resolve. I'm highly upset because I cannot get into my account. I am paying on a account and u can't even help me access it. I already know there is no more corporate but u can override this in the store. But no one chooses to do so. This is very ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Got a new phone from another location and found that they didn't transfer my contacts. I walked in to this location and told the guy what I needed, handed her my phones and I turned to see someone walking in, then he handed me the phone's back to me. I asked how long it would take and she said "all done" now that was some quick helpful service. Just wished they'd done that where I bought the phone. Great job. Thank you.
