Ilka has been very helpful in resolving my issues. A very pleasant person to talk to, a great multi-tasker, a someone who takes care of her clients.
She helped at least 4 other people while helping me with my multi-issues.

Went to metro today, been a customer for quite sometime. But today, I visited a new one for the first time. ILKA helped me and was absolutely amazing. I think I found my " home store".
Thank you so much for everything! Definitely 5 stars!

Stay away from the "sales rep" Kaitlyn. She will overcharge you. She's rude, very unprofessional, will talk over you, acts like you're taking up her time, yell, accuse you of trying to scam a free phone from the store (can you say "promotion", Kaitlyn?), overall just a rotten attitude. She shouldn't be working with people.

Extremely awful customer service. Had to go across the street to cricket cause the lady didn’t seem to want to even make a sale. Miserable to speak to.

They advertise all kinds of different free phones when you walk in to this store start a new plan but then when you're in the store they conveniently don't even have 1 that'll work on 5g network so if you needed a new phone with service, the phone won't be free, so you're looking at about $200 out the door is what the clerk told us. Nice false advertising they got. We left n the clerk screamed as we were walking out the door l, "she took all my stock" trying to backup his lie he just told us that someone from the cocoa store came in an took everything for the cocoa store.

The worst treatment I have ever received. The person who served me was very unpleasant. And he was quite unfriendly. I don't recommend it to anyone, unless someone likes degrading treatment

Bad customer services could not even tell me my data was off there neither one just walking around like they been sleeping had to come to cocoa metro store 10 minutes away to get help very poor customer service don’t need to be there they don’t need to be there thus was today even on the ph with 611 they could not seem to even get it and the lady was the manager there very poor poor service need to be fired immediately very unhappy customer

Zero stars if I could I went in there looking for a phone with 6g of ram and they gave me a 4g of ram after asking 6 times for the 6g one and they it was the 6g so I left thinking it was the 6g but when I got home looking more into my phone it was the 4g one so I went back and told me that that is the 4g and they don't sell the 6g and if I want to swap to a 6g I would have to wait 6 months with is insane DONT GO HERE!

Visited this location for a transfer code. New “manager” and her colleague didn’t even know how to help. Sad they don’t even speak a piece of English. I went back to Verizon down the road and was insist to return because a code was needed to get new service. I visited the store again following day and the “manager” and another lady was there who understood what I was looking for and assisted me in minutes. This is why I’m switching carriers. Customer service is the worst at Metro PCS and their service overall. This store needs to be shut down. How can T-Mobile have such unprofessional and unknowable employees who don’t speak English and never knows anything.
Run away from this “I don’t know place” better yet get a better carrier.

I rarely write reviews except for exceptional service, which Jennifer the store manager at Metro PCS Merritt Island provided me. I purchased an IPhone and switched my service to Metro PCS based on Jennifer’s professionalism, experience and knowledge. It’s managers like Jennifer that keep Metro PVS in business.
