Custoner service at this Metro PCS location is exceptional. They always try to help, location is really convenient and if theres no parking in front of the store there's always a lot of spaces available by canal street which is just around the corner.
They are the best, they helped me with something that no one could, thank you very much, gentlemen.
I asked if they could fix my phone's screen, which was horribly cracked but still working. Well, they took my money, broke the phone to the point of no return, and didn't bother refunding me.
This was quite a while back, mind you, so I'm unsure if the folks that "helped" me then still work there, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
