Sorry guys I ask but the "lady" never gave her name, young 20 yr old chubby girl blonde hair.
Not mean, not Rude just a bit Cold shoulder if you get that.
She did say she was the manager, sadly she has No People or better yet Customer relationship skills.
No promotion, no sells suggestions, no nothing. Wish that was all but I two days later my data is at a crawl, she " the lady" screwed up on the setup part. Wouldn't be so bad if I could remember it was a friendly person that helped me, needles to say the 1 star I gave was because they didn't allow me chose lower

This location is proof that it only takes one bad employee To lose a bunch of customers i've been with metro for years Every time I went to this location I walked away angry I finally went to boost. I hate boost but it was better than dealing with this location.

I was impressed with the young ladies who were working the day I was in the palatka florida store, very helpful, very professional the only reason I gave a less than perfect score is because I'm kind of unhappy with the price of my monthly plan considering that sometimes I don't have a very good signal at my home

Great service the young lady was kind and nice she was super fast too keep up the good work

The male and female associates (tattoos) both helped me a lot with getting my phone set up and helping me navigate billing issues. Thank you
