I walked into a metro store located in 8001 w sample road in Coral Springs and no one acknowledged me. Not even a glance to say how can I help you or to give them a minute. All I wanted was to pay a phone bill and I got treated like I was a bum on the street. I was standing there for a good 10 minutes and nobody even asked me what I wanted. I will be changing phone companies and telling my family to do so also. Customer service is just the basics if a company don’t even have that I’m not giving them my money period.

I normally don’t leave feed back on places I visit however, I came to metro to see about switching from att and attempted to speak to a young lady that was on the phone speaking a different language while dealing with me. I asked about the plans and she began telling me about the “Free phones” metro would offer me. She kept switching on and off between me and her phone call so I finally told her I had my own iPhones I purchased from Apple when I can get a word in and she in no uncertain terms told me I would have to take the free phone. When I tried to explain to her that I was not interested in an Android, she told me that the service can not be guaranteed on non metro devices. I went next door to boost mobile and switch over which was the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, I might try the metro store one more time and hope I am treated like a priority.

Disappointed how they can turn customers away. I walked in wanting to transfer 1 line and get 3 additional lines with the promo they clearly had posted. They said I my # was not approved for the promo to come bck tmrw. I went into another metro store and woww, my number is approved and got my the 4Iines I wanted.come to find out the promo for 4 lines they were promoting expired that day.the following day started a plan that would cost 20$ more. BAD BUSINESS GUYS! Ur commission of a couple of 2-3$ more is not worth it.

WORSE METRO DEALER IN THE AREA THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO BUY THINGS OR MAKE FALSE PROMISES. THEY WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO MY MOTHER WHOS BEEN WITH THEM FOR 15 YEARS. ALSO SAID THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE COOPERATES NUMBER. MY WHOLE FAMILY WILL BE SWITCHING SERVICE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE TO POST REVEIW. DO NOT USE THIS METRO DEALER!

Metro PCS took advantage of me I went into the store with my original gold phone. Metro PCS representative steered me to another phone. My gold phone that phone was paid for Metro PC told me that the gold phone was not in stock. Metro PC the LG K20 Plus I was charged $114. The phone was $79, and headset $19.99. I return to the store after giving a complaint and was told that Metro PC would take care of the problem well they turned around and would not not take back the phone and get return my phone. My funds were stolen from my account in Bank of America. Metros PC was taking out of my bank $56 a month on the 10th $6 was for in insurance. Also I when I return to Metro PC I have the receipt of $114 and Metro PC rap took the the receipt and kept it. So I need help for my bank to track down what happened at Metro PC Bank of America

My phone was dying and I realized I had left my charger home. I found a charger cheaper than the one I had bought previously at another metro pcs store.

The worst service. I came in during lunch brake, 1 lady helping, people in and out the back door, but only 1 rep. She sees 3 people waiting in line while explaining to old lady the difference between 2 and 100 photographs memory space, while the old lady says she just wants a new phone! Horrific! Never again!

Very bad experience. The worker there named “Oscar” gave a lot of attitude instead of just doing his job and being respectful. We went in to buy a phone and he gave attitude as if we were asking for it for free. Very bad service I would recommend to go to the metropcs at coral square.

Terrible customer service.they over charge you for their phones then try to justify it by giving you a "free" car charger which really just cost you an extra 20 bucks so its not really "free" they also forget to mention when there is a 49 dollar rebate that your suppose to get. When I brought this to their attention I was told it is there company policy to over charge their customers. If you want to deal with Metro deal directly with a cooperate store not these rip off resellers.

The sales girl flat out lied to me regarding a post card I received with specific.phones on sale with an expiration date of May 1st. I was there on April 20th but did not have the post card with me.and she told me that sale had finished already. When I arrived home I reviewed the post card and it had NOT expired. I should call the store manager and let him know what she did. Needless to say I walked out without buying anything.
