I've been going to this location for the last year and have always had great customer service. I was so happy to see Princeton was working. He not only explained the answers to my problem in the most simplest of terms for me but he also showed me so I can learn more about my phone. He is always so friendly. MetroPCS is very lucky to have him as a customer service rep.

I went in today, and was already a little frustrated with the MyMetro app because I could not remember my pin or security question and had been locked out. Well, things definitely turned around with Princeton's help. He explained he could send me the answer to my security question with just my zip code. He was also super patient, as I did not remember which zip they had on file. He also helped me reset my pin and security question, all of this with a friendly smile. Thanks again, Princeton! I want your bosses to know that I will be coming to your specific store for my future phone upgrades and any other concerns, in hopes of receiving your help. We need more friendly faces like yours, in retail. You seem to genuinely enjoy helping customers!

I always send my friends to this metro. The black guy princeston is the top down best. He knows his stuff.

Call the store at 6 pm and the girl says they close at 7pm. We get there at 6: 44 pm and the guy has the doors locked with another employee already waiting for him outside. Employee inside tells us through the glass closed at 6pm. Employee inside the car gets out talks to my brother and says they closed at 5pm. So girl says 7 guy inside says 6 and the other says 5. Wait if you closed at 5 or 6 what are y'all still doing here? Or you could have just admitted you were closing early and opened the doors for 3 new lines of service instead of getting a bad review. This was Christmas Eve. 12/24/2018. Thanks, I do hope something is done about this! You just lost your store a sale for 3 new lines of service that need phones with those lines. Edit: notice how the last 8 reviews are all from people with 1 review.

Just left the store, after buying a A6 Samsung phone. Princeton was my sales person and he was very attentive and nice. Transferred everything over. Very nice kid.

Princeton n Jennifer were very polite and awesome, been down on my luck and was a lil shy on the total cost and they went out of there way to get ahold of their boss to wave what i was short. Thank you both and metro pcs

Great Service Everytime I go there. Princeton made my day with switching over. It literally took minutes to get my number from Verizon. So happy I stopped by.

I come to this Metro very often. The store manager princeston is sooo helpful and nice. He found my contacts that i lost and i couldnt do without them. Best Metro around town!

MetroPCS on PGA and Prosperity Farms Road and Downtown Stuart at Kanner Highway and US1 in my opinion the best bang for the buck in Wireless Communications in 2018.
Unlimited Voice and text with one gigabyte of 4G data for 30 a month
When your paid data is finished they provide you with 3-g data at no additional charge and of course you have wifi across Martin County and the state this works out to $1 a day for wireless communication what more could you ask for give them a try for a month and see what you think

Store in very beach sold me a used phone and wouldn't return it, came in and spoke to Ramsey who went above and beyond to get my old phone back on, even though the pone wouldn't charge. He is the best at making things happen. Highly recommend doing business with o ly him.

I have been a customer for at least five years with metro. Recently I had to change my phone because as of January my old phone was not compatable with T mobile. I have more problems with dropped calls & poor transmission since T mobile took over. Never had a problem when it was metro only. If service does not get better I will have to look into other service.

Best locally owned and operated Metros in all of Stuart. This branch, Indian St, and Kanner location are the only metros I like to do business with. Honest to there customers and always super willing to help. Manny one of the store owners is the nicest guy ever.

The staff is super helpful, and honest. Bought 3 phones yesterday, and was very well taken care of. Good place.
