Manager Mercedes is very good and has good treatment with customers, she helped me with some problems I had with the phone. I recommend this store.

Came in the get a phone upgrade. Store is very clean and bright. Not very busy. The associate, Jenny, the manager, has been absolutely amazing! She definitely went above and beyond. Wish all Metro customer service was half as good as she was.
