From the first phone call with leah to the final driving test with Brito i can not express how wonderful of an experience this school has been thy strive to see u pass the exams. Would recommend to friends and family

I sign up at other school location in 29 st and had very bad experience. The girl in the front made a mistake when putting documents into their system. She never told me the permit was incorrect, did not notice until this school location checked the documents when putting my test. I am from Washington. Sammi is amazing. She called me in the office and explained everything, gave me all my options and helped me call the dmv which is not her job. I got my permit fixed but had to wait 14 day. I texted Sami when I got permit, she programmed my exams that same day so I would have the dates already. She made sure to guide me and help me because mr English is not very well. I am very grateful to her and Damaris at the office for helping me! Don’t go to other school! Speak to Sami or Damaris here!

My experience at Metropolitan Trucking. Very basic school, very poor customers service. Training on your own.
Bad:
Not very detail on teaching, instructors they don't really help you pass your test or help you improve where you actually need, Lacking on communicating for prices packages on courses, every day they will create and enforce a new policy that was never provided to you on documents or explained from the beginning. Very very unorganized! They will do their best to take more $$ of your pockets. Learned as your can, not as your supposed too, Very old trucks for the amount of $$ they are charging new students and difficult to drive due to conditions, They will do the best to remove you out of school A. S. A. P without knowing no guarantees that you learned 100%. BTW 97% training its on Automatic truck cause manual its a different price. I had called more than 8 different CDL trucking companies applying for job and NONE of them will hired Drivers from Metropolitan School. Be aware of it! Good Luck.

AVOID THIS TECHNICAL SCHOOL AND COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. SCAMMERS
This Trucking School i believe that they can or need to do better on teaching AND customer service. Friendly advice (Youtube helps and helped me better than any instructor here.).

Damaris is the best please contact her She will help you right away very good instructors and easy going

This school is not a good school to attend. They are quick to sign you up and take your money. 1st of all their school is not recognized by majority of trucking companies. 2nd, When you sign up for the school they will never explain to you the hours you supposed to complete to receive a certificate due to the fact that they cause over $3000.3rd, It would take you so long to receive the hours in order for you to get their certificate due to the fact that they are so many students there and there so many teachers that do not even speak English that good. I attended that school last year and still having hard time getting with a company.

A good place to practice, learn, and prepare yourself to get your cdl. I started from scratch and got finish in like a month and a half. Great people there willing to help you through. You have to be willing and committed to do your work to learn, study, and practice that’s on you. The staff at metropolitan were nice to me and provided a good guidance.

Very busy but effective training, instructors are all well versed in each area of study and very helpful on a one to one basis.

You don't learn how to drive a truck, you learn to park & just get your CDL with no training or any real-life driving info. The owner & all the staff are related and Jehovah's Witnesses and ALL THEY WANT IS MORE MONEY. Expect to wait all day for 20 mins in a truck - until they offer you speedy service for more money! Then they don't deliver & you still wait. FIND A REAL DRIVING SCHOOL!

I have a trainee from this school and he knows nothing. As you can see from the pictures they have no room to back in the backing lot. They don't train with a sleeper truck or 53 foot trl. That is why my trainee can t back. Don't waste your money at this school.

They sell lies and have no order or schedule. They pick select people to give good service to and everyone else doesn't matter. Some of them doesn't even speak English an refuse to help you. AND THEY DON'T TEACH, unless you raise a lot of hell.

Great training personal. Nice office personal. If you come and pay attention you will not fail. Highly recommend

Please people, do not go to this school. It’s the worst experience in my life just find other alternatives. So many students and they don’t have enough trucks and time for them.

They take your money in 5 minutes but if you have a complain you wait hours to get it solve if so, good school but the staff if worthless

Awsome school i had multiple choices of schools because i live in Cutler bay but something led me to this school which i can say best school great staff trainers work with you one on one from start to finish just for you success i didn't make a mistake and absolutely no regrets thumbs up guys like daniel, cyndy and all i wish i know everyone's name great job

Is a very good school they have a great staff.in the office they take care of all you need and the trainers are excellent.

Great experience in obtaining my license. The parking and pre trip exam were a breeze thanks to Cooper for staying until late helping with my parking and Michelle making sure I knew everything for my pre trip exam

Dont waste your time and money. Do not go in that school.it’s terrible! Dont work with those guys!
