They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process - there were no unexpected charges or difficulties.
Drop offs and pickups of the box were seamless and extremely timely - the driver of the truck was also super friendly.
Overall I would recommend this service.

Upon arrival of storage unit it was very clean person who delivered it was fantastic super nice guy he was also the one that picked it up I would recommend them if anybody needed storage I was impressed

Life saver after experiencing a hurricane. Pricing was very competitive. They couldn't accommodate the pick up date we wanted so we wouldn't be charged another month but they told us we would not have to pay it and we were grateful. Great customer service.

Rented a portable storage unit from them when I was moving in January. It was the easiest part of the entire process of moving. Their office staff was very helpful, and recommended the perfect size for my needs. I was skeptical that everything would fit, but ut did with a bit if room to spare! They were courteous and responsive, the delivery man was friendly, helpful and on time. Once the pod was full and it came time to move it to my new location they arrived promptly, everything went smoothly and nothing in the unit shifted at all thanks to the helpful tips from them on packing. I would definitely recommend them if you need a short term storage/moving solution.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with this company. Extremely responsive and incredibly helpful and professional. I underestimated my need for boxes and they were able to deliver another box - last minute! - in time for my closing and move. I never want to move again, but if I did, these are the guys I would call. Highly recommended.

This company was extremely fast and responsive! I called TODAY AT 745AM, and received a call back 7: 58AM and said they could get me a storage unit TODAY. I had the unit in my driveway by 930AM! Now that's customer service and quick response! Thank you so much for this! This company saved the day!

They’re wicked ah-some. Period end of story. If you don’t use then you’re precious goods will break and you’ll be sad; which is what happened to me when I used another mobile service to hold my items the time before this one.

Since the very start when I spoke to Eli, the owner, my experience with this company was seamless. This is a company with integrity who operates with honesty and excellent customer service. Eli answered all my calls promptly and was responsive to my requests. I had all of my household furniture stored in a container at their facility for 3 months. The price was very reasonable but most importantly, I had great confidence that my things are in good hands. They were clear about their charges and there were no last minute hidden fees like some of the container storage companies.

We used MI-BOX in our recent move across town. We had the mid-size box and it was certainly big enough. The box was clean on arrival and was delivered onto the drive in expert fashion. Amber helped me at every step and kept me informed throughout. Amber also clarified things when I got a little confused over charges.

The charge for the box is fair, delivery to our across town address was not expensive at all and just magically appeared when we gave the go ahead to move it.

All in all, whilst moving is a headache, MI-BOX Moving & Mobile Storage were a big help without any added stress, they are a professional outfit, customer focused and priced right. I would definitely use them again.
