They always say 15 min for pick up orders when it reality it takes 20-25, I came after 25 minutes knowing this and the lady waited for me to show up to start getting my order ready, not only that, but she first placed me on hold to work on the freezer (completely unrelated to my order). Your lack of respect for customer’s time is going to take your business down if you don’t correct this behavior right away.

We have ate here several times before and always rave about how good the food is. Tonight we went and the food was inedible. The beans and steak tasted like cleaning supplies. We had the throw the food out. The perrito was ok, but they have changed the bun and didn’t add enough sauce or remember the egg. We noted when we got there all 3 workers were on their phones and zero patrons waiting which in the past they have always been busy with lines. The workers who we’ve seen before also were t there. The food has gone drastically down hill and most likely will not be returning. I’d highly suggest they bring back the last cook if they want to stay in business.

As Colombian myself I loved the food the Saxon was delicious and very easy to park and wait for the food to be ready. People was super friendly I honestly love this little food truck and wish them all the best the only problem i came across was that I order 10 empanadas to go and we drove like 35-40 minutes just to get this food and when we got home the empanadas were all burned it seem they reuse the oil from something else not really sure, that’s why I won’t give them 5! We had to eat them like that but it was a little embarrassing to share and serve them the empanadas like that…

Hidden treasure. It is not easy to find Colombian food nearby. But this food truck is a great option to tame your cravings for Colombian snacks. I highly recommend the empanadas. They come with salsa rosada.

Best Colombian food truck! Definitely makes me miss home. The service is great! They always have music playing and a nice little outdoor seating. The fruit juices are incredible!
