Most definitely 5 star. I made this order from a different state, all my expectations were met. My order was even delivered earlier than noted. I highly recommend Mia Creative Flowers. Will definitely order again.

At 5: 30p, I ordered the flowers in an easy online form and requested same day shipping. The flowers were delivered by 9p! My mother's response "THANK YOU FOR THE BEAUTIFUL ROSES! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH LARGE COLORFUL ROSES! THEY ARE MAGNIFICENT! " Thank you for doing such a fine job and delivering a superior product.

Horrible customer service. These people think they are doing a favor selling their flowers.

Ordered flowers on the phone yesterday with specific instructions that I had to pick it up after 9am and before 10am.

Came here door was closed the owner told me the girl left because she waited for me at 8: 40an lol I arrived 9: 28am the doors were closed and the owner on the phone just gave me lies.

I asked for a refund. No refund yet. Do not buy from these people they are scam.

There is a better way better flower shop in sunny isles next to Miami juice.

I currently live outside of the country and wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday with flowers.

If I could give Mia Creative Flowers more than 5 Stars, I would! I don’t live in Miami and was in need to find a florist who could receive my order and deliver the same day. A wonderful & friendly woman, Kristina, took my phone call and helped me get clear on the details of the flowers, vase, balloons and delivery. The whole experience from start to finish was FAST, PLEASANT and super CLEAR & EASY. Thank you Kristina for saving the day! The flowers were gorgeous.

The order was taken quickly and professionally on WhatsApp (which I prefer). They delivered within 3 hours of first contact (impressive;) Their prices are reasonable and the flowers were lovely! I will use them again for sure.

Not answering the phone in working hours, when I arrived they even don't exist. It is a restaurant La Cabrera at that point.

The worst customer service I have ever had to experience. Do not trust this place for any of your important events, they will let you down without any explanation like they did with me.

Despite your pathetic efforts, I had the most beautiful wedding and the most beautiful flower arrangements! Shame on you!

A bit difficult to get someone on a call that can help you but overall the flowers arrived, and looked great. Just a tip for the business - Get someone to assist when someone calls. I had a bit of a frustrating experience which could have been prevented.
