Indira, terrible customer service. I called her on a Friday morning for an appointment. He told me he had a slot for me from 2-3 pm that same day. We agreed for 2 pm for cutting and blow dry. Indira told me that if I couldn't be there on time to call her.
I called her 5 minutes to 2 pm to confirm my appointment. I arrived at 2: 02 pm.
Upon entering he told me to sit outside and wait. At 2: 15 pm I came in to ask if he was late with his appointments.
What was my surprise? Indira was starting some Highlights at 2: 15 pm.
I asked her if I had called her a few minutes before to confirm my appointment, why had she not told me that she was late. Her response was:
Take a walk and then come back, if you want.
