He took care of my car and provided with a loaner while repair was being perfomred which I don't get at other Acura dealers. Both issues were fixed and the process was seamless. Jose sold me my certified Acura TLX last weekend and I couldn't be happier with the service he and everyone else provided. I went to another dealer prior to going to Miami Acura and left because of the poor service my aunt and I received. When we walked into Miami Joshua immediately greeted us and assured us someone would get to us as soon as possible and showed us where the pre-owned cars were. The receptionist offered us water and let us know when Jose was ready for us. Jose let me test drive the car and showed me all of the features then we sealed the deal with John in financing who was so kind and helped me get the best deal possible. I couldn't be more happy with the team there and will definitely be shopping with them in the future. I gave everyone big hugs before I left so I'm officially apart of the Miami Acura family. Recently purchased a TLX from Miami Acura. Miami Acura made the process simple and painless. Manny took the time to help my wife and daughter look at three different models. After looking at their inventory online, I was able to get their best price through email. It was a very good price. Two days later I went to the dealership and again Manny spent plenty of time with me looking at different cars and SUV's. After I had made my decision, Miami Acura gave me the average trade in value for my car, which was fair. Acura also had a special 0.9% finance offer. Overall it was a great experience. Oh, I also love the car.
