Went in today to get some papers notarized. The blonde lady at the city clerks office was offensively rude. Sorry you had to actually work.

Dear Miami Beach: City Hall employees:

Are you aware that Tremont Towing is terrorizing your tourists and griping the city? This company is preying on immigrant tourists who do not know or understand local culture to profit illegally.

Towing cars 24 hours a day, 7 days a week that have paid parking stamps and cars that are in free parking areas.

They claim the they work hand and hand with you Miami Beach: City Hall employees. I can’t imagine you guys know even the half of what this company is doing to your tourist city? ! Please investigate this asap!

Unfortunately-with me recently visiting Miami Beach for the very first time- my experience was poisoned by this company. Who asks for (cash only) in order to get your car back. Hmmm. I decided to take an early flight home because I did not feel safe in Miami Beach.

Please take back control of Miami Beach!

Beautiful place, and I got to see the two resident furbabies hanging out by the side entrance, the place is beaming with positive energy. I went to get my taxes done for free (depending on your income if it's low enough) and I found there's a DCF office there as well.

I was very impressed with the level of service I recieved today from the Customer Service Center. Within minutes of arriving, I was greeted, escorted back with a rep and a parking pass issued. From the front receptionist, to the CS rep and the cashier who was nothing less than a perfect and kind professional, the entire experience was incredible. Kudos to City of Miami Beach and its employees!

Miami Beach a decaído mucho, hay mucha delincuencia y personas muy mal portadas, es una pena un lugar tan bonito y era bien seguro, estuve en julio 2021 y no regreso más hasta que sea cómo antes, por favor hagan algo para que recuperen a esta playa hermosa, saludos y bendiciones. Miami Beach has declined a lot, there is a lot of crime and people very badly behaved, it is a shame such a beautiful place and it was very safe, I was in July 2021 and I will not return until it is as before, please do something to recover this beautiful beach, greetings and blessings.
