We love to come back to this place. 3 mins from the beach. Not always quiet though but the music from the bar downstairs is not bad - but loud.

These people are a scam! Upon booking they list a different picture and then provide you with a different room. I will weite reviews and complain until I get my money back from these thieves

Hello, To flee! Really! If I could give 0 stars or less. It's rare that I recommend this much against an apartment but here.
The room was dirty, the floor sticky, the windows are not windows (broken, don't open) and face a wall but the worst thing is the presence of cockroaches! And the shower is completely dilapidated, the air conditioning is attached to the ground and makes a lot of noise! It feels like you're sleeping on a plane. But it's either that noise or the non-stop music.
The only advantage is that we are indeed close to the beach and bars.
For your information, remember to contact the agency before your arrival so that they can register you and receive the door code. For my part, I had done what was necessary but it didn't work! I had to call several times (it cost me €20 for calls!), send emails and wait 1 hour outside the door!
If you have a car rental, I advise you to park in the public parking lot near the police station.
So you will have understood, I strongly advise against it unless you are young and broke and all you want to do is party!

This was my first time to south beach and i’m so glad i chose this hotel.you get exactly what you pay for.the location is excellent and honestly the hotel itself was awesome.our toilet when we arrived didn’t flush and was fixed within 20 minutes.they could definitely paint the rooms and make it look 100 times better.

I have been trying to get the refund from this hotel, they cancelled my reservation with no authorization and don't want to refund me back. I called they were very rude, I have emailed and they say nothing they can do, lost $350 If you can, NEVER book on this hotel.

DO NOT GO! The place is crap and those who manage the place do not show their faces at any time and rip people off. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever seen, I had to go elsewhere and lost my money.

HORRIBLE We save all year for vacations and we fell into the fraud of these people. The photos have nothing to do with the place. You arrive and there is no one to receive you, you enter a very messy bar with dirty floors. The guy from the bar told us Echa wanted us to get our suitcases out of there while a Cuban woman wanted to take them inside, charging us for keeping them. We waited six hours for the room, there was no way to check-in even when they forced us to put all the card numbers on both sides. He asked us for a vehicle license plate that we obviously did not have. After hours of trying to solve it to no avail, my daughter began to cry and a guy appeared, I asked him to cancel and he didn't want to, he told me that this was Miami Beach. When we finally entered the room it was worse people taking drugs in the corridors, dirt, broken windows, the air didn't work and we couldn't sleep all night because of the scandal. Enjoy the 500 dollars you scammed us, sir, it's from honest people who work hard to earn it.

Very easy to get to when you know how the system/check on works. Close to everything and the free trolley.

Thank you for everything! My family and I had a pleasant stay! Also thank you for letting us check in a little bit earlier. Definitely helps with having a 6 month old I've also read reviews about bugs. I didn't see any at all. And I'm strict about inspecting the room/bedding. Everything was very clean. The housekeeping didn't speak any English which is fine. Google translate doesn't hurt. They are very nice and do a wonderful job. Extremely close to the beach like a 5 minute walk from our room. Only thing I didn't like was the tub it could definitely use a new one. I felt as I should wear sandals while showering which is my only complaint. But we enjoyed our stay and the team is great!

A shame. Totally ripped off by this place and booking for allowing this place to be available on the web. They ruined my vacation. A REAL DISASTER. The code they gave us was wrong. An hour waiting for an answer since nobody was in charge. DISASTROUS!

I ADD after his response, The reservation was made in the name of my partner, Dario. Check the system carefully because I spent more than an hour and a half to solve the supposed technological problem, with 4 dishes, after traveling for several hours and with more than 30 degrees of temperature. I INSIST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I think it was the worst place I have ever stayed, there was no reception and no one told us that everything would be by email, in front of the hostel there is a kind of bar that made us a little unsafe, the room did not meet my expectations either, The windows couldn't be closed, so we heard all the noise from outside, the bed was comfortable but we were bitten by some type of bug and there was no room cleaning. The only point in its favor was the location.

HORRIBLE. Run down, and extremely dirty. Management was of no use of help at all, towels were dirty and the AC was malfunctioning. In fact, i dont even think it even worked. AC air is usually blown cold and It would indicate "on" but maybe it was intentionally programmed to blow air so it would make it look like it wasnt broken.

Last thing, beware of stains on bedsheets. Overall, very dissapointed.

Perfect little bar for a drink with a cigar in hand, pleasant waitresses, very reasonable prices

Not wery clean at arrival,
After 5 days, we asked for clean towels. We were told to wash them ourselves l, and the soap dispenser at the washing machines didn't work. Plus, the dryer didn't work well enough. So we had to hang them to dry.

The most horrible and worse experience I have ever had visiting a hotel/hostel. When you enter the room a disgusting smell of desinfectant and mould is coming your way. The floor is sticky, the ventilations are dripping with mould (which causes the smell), you don't have any view, when the AC kicks in it sounds like a jet taking off (every 20 minutes). We stay on the first floor and there is no possibility to sleep before 3 in the morning due to loud music and people slamming the doors and shouting in the hallway

My first experience staying in Miami Beach was ruined by our stay in this place. Our unit 215 on the second floor, directly above a bar/restaurant was rundown down. The furniture was falling apart and there was no such thing as peace and quite. There was music pumping until past 4am some nights and you can hear everything down to people talking outside. We were willing to laugh all that off and blame it on the ‘you get what you paid for’, but hotel management made things way worse. There was a terrible winter storm that hit the US which caused temps to drop to the 40s in Miami during our stay. After spending the whole day freezing out butts off sight seeing, we arrive to our room with a temperature that felt lower then outside. The AC unit in the room which indicated it also had heat, was purposely disabled. When I called management about it, I was told that the unit did not include heat and that the most they could do was send extra blankets. Sleeping in a freezing room is not an issue for me, but having to wear 3 sweaters, 2 leggings and 2 pairs of sucks just to be in the room while not sleeping, was miserable. The fact that they made us have to go through that was plain awful.
