Miami Best Wheels

Was there for like 10 minutes and no one helped me and there was like 5 people behind the desk in the rim showroom. So I left and went to another tire shop and was taken care off right away.

Got a great package deal price for wheels and tires. Took my truck in and got they got it done quick and effectively. Love how it came out, great service!

This place is very unprofessional. I bought two new tires for my car and they didn’t balance or align the wheels how they were supposed to from the beginning. I made an appointment for 9am 3 days later and had me waiting 2 hours to balance and align my wheels. After 2 hours they tell me I didn’t pay for an alignment so they just did the balancing. I had to wait another hour and they put me aside to attend 2 other customers. I was no satisfied with my service here.

I was shopping around for some 18" wheels for my C-class coupe. I was recommended here by a friend and man did it not disappoint! Megan showed me a few options for my car and I ended up pulling the trigger. It was a great deal and most important they were brand NEW. A lot of people install used tires and rims just to save a buck but that is never a route to go. Thank you to Miami best wheels for a simple buying process.

Just left this place great people very professional and respectful reasonable price to have my 35s mounted on my new rims also the showroom is impressive osvaldo is the owner and I was helped by Megan both very professional and nice people look no further this place is great

All I got to say is wow how horrible service they have here! What is the owner doing? Stressful place to be.no management. Does the owner know what goes on outside? Waited over 4 hours for my alignment to get done there was no other car on the alignment machine my car sat there no one attending to it i ask what's going on they said in next. While i was waiting i saw one of the employees moving a car he ends up hitting another car pulls the car in right away trying to cover up the dent or scratches he made where is the owner in all this? He just sits inside not attending to his customers that paid only looking for new customers to make money off from.my car got done they gave me the alignment sheet. I drove the vehicle still was pulling went back they said my car is like that? I ended up going somewhere else they aligned it perfectly this place wasted my time and money gave me a few extra grey hairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

I had a stripped screw on my rim and they got it off with no trouble unlike the company I went to before. Annonette helped me out plenty and provided great service. Went above and beyond like the rest of the team. Highly recommend.

This Place should be called Opaloka Lies Wheels.
Called at 9am to put 6 tires on was told 2 hrs 6 hrs later nothing. Have a bunch of Knuckle Heads up front who don’t care. Will Never be back. Really Sad.

My experience was not ideal. Arrive at 12pm to purchase a set of tires. They offered me the model I was looking for but they didn't have it in stock. They promised the installation that same afternoon including alignment and balancing. It was until almost 7pm that they installed them with balancing but the alignment did not do it because they were already closing. That day I no longer received good service. The balancing was terrible because the machine was not well calibrated. I returned the next day to correct the balancing and the machine did not work. It took almost 3 hours for them to inform me it.already at the last minute apparently they solved and balanced.but Same result. It was bad. I came back a third time and had leave form there with the same problem with no solution. I had to go somewhere else to balance and was informed that the wheels were completely out of balance and with internal weights all over the place. It finally cost me an extra $ 100 to get balanced properly. This means that they do not have a quality control in their service and finally they did not align the car and I must request a refund of the amount paid for that service.

They have a good showroom and facilities but many flaws in customer service from their staff. Only the owner to be aware of a complaint is when the solutions appear. They need supervision and better customer service response. I wont return to there.

Worst place ever! No customer service the employees don't know what there doing giving false given information to me. They called me said my tires were in and made an appointment for 9AM I arrived at 9 told me to wait about 2 hours in still nothing I asked them when my car will be taken in they said I'm next. My car goes in guess what no tires they told me to wait there coming in I said okay 3 hours later still nothing. Had to come in 2 days later and still wait about 4 hours to get them installed.the employees installing are dead slow looks like they get paid by the hour so they do less work. Took 2 hours just to install 2 tires and a rotation? Bottom line is don't come here go somewhere else they do not care about there customers all they care about is taking your money the owner does not know how to run his business lack of customer service. He needs to learn how to manage his business. The reviews really show what this place is about. Everyone has the same issue here.

What a bad experience. Worst place ever was lie to from the beginning to the end. I show up on a Friday night made a selection on my rims and tires made an appointment for Saturday 9am came in on time. Also promise i get my truck by the end of Saturday. I ended up getting my truck until monday 1pm. Not only that they lost my truck keys. Still waiting for my keyss going back tomorrow to get a new set of keys or my original keys will see but not recommended for business horrible, horrible experience ever.

Have a lifted RAM 1500 that needed an alignment Miami Best Wheel hit the mark. I took my truck to several different shops to get it aligned and they could not get it right! M. B. W.got it the first time great work and thier price was very competitive cheaper that the others. Will be back for new wheels and tire real soon. Great looking shop and staff.

Stay away from Miami best wheels. The owner osvaldo is a crook and will make you sign papers to take your money and not have to give you anything in return! I had to contact the Florida consumer protection agency and now I'm finally getting my money back!

I’ve been there countless times and every time I go it’s just more of a reason to never return. I sincerely do not trust this place one bit.

First and last time coming to this shop. Make sure to clear your schedule before coming here, because they take their sweet time when they work. I scheduled an appt Michelle and was told that the job was going to take 1hr. 3hrs and 30minutes have gone by and I am here still waiting outside to receive my car, writing this review. They may have the best selection in Miami but maybe not the best team.get your wheels and go somewhere else to install them!

I felt very confident when leaving my car with Miami Best Wheels for a coilover install and an alignment. The guys are experts at what they do and it shows - shout out to Danny! The staff are very knowledgable and are truly experts at what they do. I am a very demanding person who wants things done right and I left very pleased with the results! They explained to me exactly step by step how they will work on my car. Now it feels brand new with the new suspension & alignment. They tackle every job with a high degree of care and precision, exactly what you want when *anyone* works on your vehicle.
