My experience at MBI met all my expectations. The staff and technician I personally dealt with were professional, caring, and accommodating.

Very professional! Results are usually given the same day, if possible, and a radiologist will see you and explain results, if needed. I've been doing my exams with them for several years now and I've always had the same excellent experience. Highly recommended!

I had breast explant 2 years ago due to lupus symptoms. My ob-gym recommended to have a mammography even though I’m not 40 just yet. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago (at another place) for today at 9: 30am. At 9: 10 I got a call that my app was cancelled and the next slot available would be in 2 weeks. I got super upset because even though things happens it’s not like something that can wait. I went online and found this place: MIAMI BREAST INSTITUTE and found an appt for today (same day) within an hour and a half. I drove to Coral Gables kinda skeptical but wtv.

OMG! Since I walked in I was greeted with love. They helped me. Guided me, told me to breath and not to worry before it was necessary. I went inside with the technician and she was super patient. She walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. They even mentioned an ultrasound to have piece of mind. Then I had to wait for the ultrasound: they had a calm waiting room, they had snacks, coffee, water. I appreciated that the office was not noisy at all. I was so scared that wanted to throw up. I even forgot to pay the parking and a lady went out to get the parking number (pay by phone) for me so I could pay for it from my phone.

I was called in for the ultrasound: The lady (Zoila) saw my face: I was so scared. SHE HUGGED ME and took my hands and got me to take deep breaths. We even prayed a bit (she asked me if it was ok). She tried to distract me while taking the images (it worked).

She hugged me again after the ultrasound and told me everything was ok. Everything came out negative (yes I left with results which is very inusual)

I loved the whole experience even though it was a scary one. The took my insurance and their self pay prices are not bad!

I appreciated going to a place that specializes in breast imaging. The staff
were welcoming, efficient, thoughtful and on time. The technicians we’re thorough and authorized to share with me what the images revealed after consulting with the doctor. I didn’t have to wait for a report a few days later and worry unnecessarily. I left the facility with the information I needed and with the peace of mind to keep living
my life.

Very professional, caring, pleasant. They really care for you; and the doctors will discuss the results of your test immediately so you don’t have to wait hours or days to get them.
I will recommend them 100%.

I had scheduled my appointment, and confirmed I could do the MRI with contrast with their radiologist (via email), Ms. Carbot. After waiting an hour, past my appointment time, I was told I could NOT and would need to do this at a hospital. It is obvious the radiologist did not read my email with my reaction to the contrast. I’m grateful to not have done this here, BUT it was a total waste of my time. I cannot recommend a facility that fails to read a patient’s concerns. Everyone else was very helpful.

This is one of the most nerve wracking things you can do especially following a biopsy. They offered me tea, water, coffee, and snacks. I've never been to a more attentive office. Nicole, Sarah, Becky, and Dawn went above and beyond; all of their staff is amazing. There may be a little bit of a wait since they take the time to do everything thoroughly but I'd never go anywhere else. If you want the job done right this is the place to go

This place is great friendly professional knowledgeable. Great online appointments very easy. Definitely would recommend them.

The care provided is excellent and the equipment for the exams is state-of-the-art. I have been doing my medical monitoring there for more than 5 years. I highly recommend them

Super professional…very kind and “human” touch.in spite of the unpleasant tests, they made me feel relax and comfortable as much as possible! Excellent staff! From the front desk, to the technicians! This is a keeper!

Having an annual mammogram is not always a pleasant experience. At Miami Solis, the opposite is true. The girls at the front desk welcome you. They assist you with signing in, answering insurance questions, and completing forms. Being greeted with a warm, friendly smile and kind words puts you at ease. Then, Ashley, takes you in for your mammogram. Her soft, polite manner and clear instructions help everything go smoothly. She gives assistance when needed which is wonderful for someone like me. Madelina, in ultrasound, is reassuring. She points out how important it is to have doctors available to review your photos. In the event that they need more information, more photos can be taken. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. I always have the same technician which I feel says a lot about a place. Everyone is super nice from the receptionist to the technician.i highly recommend Miami Breast Institute!

There are the WORST TO DEAL WITH YOU CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THE FACILITY ITSELF. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU SPEAK TO IN THE CALL CENTER

I can't complain about the staff that works at the desk, the girls who have given me an ultrasound, mammograms and the doctors have treated me super well. I recommend it.

Very bad service.never again. I was scheduled for service, and they mess up my appointment I found out the day before I would not recommend this place
