7This place doesn’t answer their phones and they are zero help when you go in person.
Time wasting is incredible with this department. More than an hour to reach a costumer service representative for an emergency. Real bad job. You need to revise all your protocols. There is a backflow for fire system without water wich means there is an entire building without fire system active and you people don't do you your job in an expedite manner. Hopefully nothing will happens.
April 2020. The Miami-Dade water and sewer electronic billing system is a disaster.i have been doing payments on line more than 13 years.i have been paying the water on time if any one runs to financial problem in your life time, if any one miss two payment in your life time they will close your electronic payment on line they will put your account CASH ONLY they make you pay cash only for one year. Now i have to go to there office for one year to pay the water bill. I call there office i told my problem they told me there is nothing they can do to reinstate the electronic payment on line that`s the way the system was done and there is noting they can do to fix this problem. They don`t try to help you correct this problem in there system.
This office prides itself on giving payment extensions and waiving the late fee when there is truly something sinister going on here. Some of their meter readers ARE estimating their readings or reading the meters incorrectly. It makes absolutely no sense that it happens once a year. Don’t let their reps tell you otherwise. No one in administration cares because this is helping them earn a huge profit. It is unacceptable and something needs to change. No regulation only facilitates this abuse. Hopefully they are audited soon.
I was waiting for new service to be served more than two hours some one came after me they registered and they call the person was under me first and they jumped every one. I ask the security why she got call first she said I don't know she point me to a gentleman was sitting in the other desk went I to ask hem he said go to the other desk to tell them how was filling. This place is a joke. In the end what I came for nothing was done.
They keep raising their prices! Horrible Miami until when? Rent is high, water, electricity Wow! What is happening to my hometown? So sad
More than 10 years of unexplained high bills reported by thousands of customers. Strange thing it only happens once a year. One rep states that it is impossible to read the meter incorrectly and that it is done electronically. Another one advised that the meter is read manually. Once high bill is investigated, new reading is ALWAYS lower than high bill reading. Coincidence? !? You are robbing your customers and hopefully one day you are investigated so that that this stops.
