Miami Executive Hotel, Coral Gables FL

The old guy in the front desk is Rude, you go to pass a good moment and this guy doesnt have customer service at all. I go a lot to this place because is clean but i dont like people speaking to me like that. If he doesnt feel like working there, i dont think he should be there.

I just called today 5/18 @ 8: 23pm and front desk was EXTREMELY rude. I asked him his name and he said “all I need to know was front desk. ” I politely hung up and refused to go there. Poor customer service.

Reasonably priced and ample parking. I only rented the basic room but was sufficient for a short stay. Facility is a bit weathered and looks a little off putting but overall fine.

I didn’t even get to see the place. The guy in the office told me there were no rooms which was clearly not the case. I feel like he just didn’t want to deal with me because I spoke English and he spoke Spanish. Honestly the facility looks and feels seedy. Don’t even waste your time. They get one star because I had to select one.

I’ve never been but ALL my friends love this place. They don’t go anywhere else. They don’t do reviews so here I am

Great place to escape for a couple of days. Some shady people lurk around the area.

We stayed here for one night and it was very nice. Place was clean. If we needed anything they would help us out. We kept the car at the motel and took the train to downtown Miami witch was about 25-35 min walk. Which is not bad. The Ac in the room definitely will blaze cold air on a nice summer day also can control the temperature.
I definitely would recommend giving it ago. We definitely will be back.
