Wow, This dealer is Amazing. After going to several big dealership and getting turned down, I called and spoke to Matthew on the phone, he promised to get me approved, and he did. Mathew (salesman) was very attentive in order to close the deal, but gave me the cold shoulder when I needed the vehicle title. The owner lied to me about the title arriving at my house in two to three weeks even after he confirmed the name and address for mailing. He made me go pickup title from dealership and go do my own title and tag transfer. Very poor customer service and owner did not even have the courtesy to step out of his office or call me.

Matthew was so helpful, thorough and honest. They have great car options to choose from and are clearly passionate about their work. 10/10 recommend.

Feel I need to share so others don’t have the same experience…

The worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. Purchased a vehicle and before making the first payment the vehicle broke down and had to call a tow truck. Went to the dealership for them to take responsibility and they didn’t offer assistance. The vehicle also overheats, gets stuck in 4th gear and first gear giving problems. With this said went to dealership to discuss all the problems they didn’t believe us and sent us to 2 mechanics they use to have them check out the vehicle and had one of their on-site mechanics also look at it and all 3 informed them of all the issues the vehicle has. So I asked them to take it back and refund the down payment and they refused so asked to take it back and give us a different one and they also refused. Basically they just wiped their hand not their problem now. Bad business ethics. How do you sell a vehicle with so many issues? Only have made 2 payments and now have to pay for repairs that are way over $3500. They sell cars they make it kinda pretty on the outside but the heart of it has all issues. If you decide to purchase a car here make sure you test drive it and have YOUR OWN mechanic look at it.

I bought a car and they gave me a 3-month warranty a week, the car began to break wherever I wanted and I had to fix it and look for parts and pay for the repair and do the paperwork for the sheet metal, they didn't do it
I recommend not buying cars there, they are all bandits

Found a beautiful 2014 e 350 Mercedes on CarGurus, came down to the lot it was exactly as advertised online. Matthew helped me out with the amazing deal, very honest professional and upfront felt like a friend not a car salesman. He also hooked with tags title and insurance. Over all 10/10 experience, would suggest this place to anyone.

Me and my wife had been shopping for a car for the past couple days she is pregnant and we were looking for something that was safe and fit our needs but was not over the top expensive since we were looking to pay cash. Dealer pricing was super expensive and overpriced. I checked online and found this spot in Hialeah that had some good reviews. We checked they’re inventory and found a few things I liked. We came in and the service from the get go was amazing. Mathew and his whole team there truly know how to make you feel comfortable shopping with them and they were upfront and honest about everything. He made sure everything worked smooth from the A/c to the new tires they installed. Next time I need to buy a car I’ll definitely come visit and I would suggest ya’ll do the same.
