Miami Gas you guys are the BEST! I was having continued issues with the propane tank when it came to refilling the tank. I called numerous propane company and no one was helpful. Well, the moment I called Miami Gas and Ary answered the phone, my experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! She was beyond helpful and once we brought the bus to her, the technician immediately figured out what the issue was and got it fixed. Never tried to upsell me or try to make a small issue an expensive issue. The team was able to get the problem corrected and it was resolved quickly and affordable. I highly recommend Miami gas for any propane needs. I would give this company a 10 if that was an option.

We have just finished remodeling our 99 year old house and installed a gas stove/oven; since there is no gas service in the neighborhood, we needed a tank installed for the oven, our lone gas appliance. After an originally botched tank/line installation, we spent the entire summer dealing with no-shows and broken promises from our past local LP company.

Finally giving up, I called Miami Gas after finding them on Google with the best reviews in the area. Ari answered the phone, asked me for pictures of the botched install, stove specs, etc.in order to send me a quote. I got it that afternoon and she booked the install for 2 days later. Installer Cesar showed up EARLY - this is Miami, think about that for a minute - on Monday morning, got to work, and immediately found a number of additional complications. He phoned his Supervisor Orlando, who showed up a few minutes later. These two gentlemen untangled the mess they'd walked into, got the right parts, and had our new stove working a few hours later.

Miami Gas would get 5 stars in any U. S.city, their service is stellar; this kind of responsiveness and service in a zany place like Miami deserves TEN stars, which is what I would give them if Google let me. Thank you Ari, Cesar, and Orlando, tonight we cook!

The best gas company in all of Florida in terms of attention and service, 5 stars, Miss Aris is the best in person, as with my eyes closed I never look again. Amerigas, very bad company in everything, the managers do not resolve anything, they are never in the company and They send you to call the costumer service which is worse now since I met Miami Gas everything

I switched from the worst company Amerigas to MIAMI GAS. Impressed with their safety, service and pricing.

Great service, prompt delivery. Love their app that alerts you if rank is low and you can monitor ot yourself. Their pricing is very comprehensive too.

I used Miami Gas for propane service for over two years. When the tank was low, they would call and schedule a deliver with authorization. Recently I moved. They called and left a message that the tank was low. We never authorized a delivery as we were trying to communicate with the new residents to let them know to transition. A few days later I see a bill for over 1,000 for propane. When I called to let Miami Gas know I no longer lived at that address and request a credit they told me I would have to dispute it with my CC. Truly terrible customer service. I had been satisfied in the past and was going to transition to servicing my new property, which has double the size of a propane tank, but after dealing with Ari in their office, I would never recommend them. Just truly illogical customer service in what should have been resolved in two minutes.

Good work! Miami gas company has excellent customer service. They have the natural ability to understand and help customers in effective way and honestly. Ary and the driver’s Alberto are excellent.

Honestly, the prices to fix the gas tank are very expensive, I will make sure not to visit that place again.
