It’s so bizarre having to write this. I purchased as vehicle from them in February and still have not received the registration for my car. It’s been 5 months and I have no registration for my car. I’ve called 1000 times, they all give me the run around telling me I can pick up a new temp tag? ! I feel like I’m in an alternate universe… So be careful… I had to file a complaint with the DMV against them to hopefully receive my registration eventually. Absolutely insane.

If you think about a nightmare of a topical dealer shopping experience, we’ll this is it, it’s been over 1 month and this people keep giving me the round around about my refund they charged my credit card right away next day I asked for refund and they keep giving me bs I spoke to Ruben and it’s up to this date and no money back.

I’m extremely disappointed in the level of service at the Miami Lakes Automall on 16600 NW 57th Ave
Miami Lakes, FL 33014 United States. I’m a fan of exotic cars and been in the market for while since i love to keep up with new models. It now became almost a hobby. This year for my Birthday in March i came over to this location to purchase my first pick up truck. “2021 Jeep Gladiator” it has been a nightmare. Not three months with the truck, and it doesn’t work, the car doesn’t start. The dealer now has the car here for a month and they can’t figure out the issue. I’ve been here 6 times because the follow up is horrible and they do not answer the phones.

Today i decided to visit the dealer and escalade the situation to the GM. Basically the solution is to pay off my car and give me the the same model. Cool right? Here’s the catch, my monthly bill will be raised $20 additional a month plus $900 to cover the first month. I believe im not at fault, and I shouldn’t be penalized for a car i purchased 3 months ago that has factory malfunction. As customer service, I believe I'm entitled to the same numbers im paying now which is $817 a month for the jeep. In addition, I’m making payment plus insurance for a vehicle that has been sitting here.

When the car was towed to the dealer, i was denied a rental because the dealer can’t issue rentals till they figure out the issue. After a week of taking uber, i decided to speak to a manger and then they approved a small car not anywhere close or equivalent to what I’m paying for. Since my business requires a truck with a hitch, I’ve been renting a truck for 4 weeks, and paying for a car note.

I highly don’t recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. This is a transactional dealer all in their favors and gain to sales rep and the Management. Instead of helping a great client that works hard to have nice luxury things, they prefer to Screw you and myself by taking advantage of the situation with another sale and raising my car note.

This will be reported to the media, and escalated till I receive the right help and attention all clients deserve. I also reached out to corporate and they’re aware.

I was cheerfully greeted by Walter when I went in. He had so much knowledge on the vehicles we looked at. He has great customer service! He answered all my questions truthfully. Amazing! Walter too his time to show me the great features & explain to me how the Kia app works. I was able to drive off the lot with my new Kia K5. Also the manager, I don’t remember his name, he’s from the Caribbean island Jamaica, He was great. Thanks you guys for all your help. It was greatly appreciated.

The worst experience ever. The car listed for $13,000 but when you come and want to buy the listed price is $15,000. So funny. The sales manager tell us that we need to pay this additional +$2000, because he will not make a money on the deal. Really? We even offer cash for the car, but we need to negotiate with a manager to buy a car for $13,000. Absurd! Stay away

Worst dealer ever.when you call and ask for the alleged owner Ali Ahmed they transfer you to a mail box that says it does not accept messages and then hangs up on you.run as fast as you can as this is not good customer service.

Great business I've purchased 2 vehicles here already. They're very honest up front and will treat you amazing. I always work with Mayra she is great and bilingual as well which is a huge plus. The manager Victor is very nice. Highly recommended.

9/7/2018 I have been calling the service department for two days and being transferred to air. I am inquiring about the oil changes that I paid for, are they still valid. I have moved down south to the homestead area, and is difficult to come there. I wanted to know so I can make arrangements without wasting gas and miles. Can someone let me know, also tell me the cost of an alignment on my 2013 Dodge Durango.

Stay away. If you see price in green it's not a correct price. There is no explanation on website what dose it mean. The prices for the cars coming from sales head not from listings. Don't waste your time.

I check there price and matches with other dealer there prices are way higher make sure you compare there price before you buy

I honestly did not like doing business with this dealer, the only person who was helpful was the seller, everyone else like, the managers, the finace person were noy clear on my deal, please make sure you have clear what you pay for tag amd title, I ended up paying more money for it at the time of pick up, furthermore the car I bought had an alignment issue with 0 miles! Make sure you test the cars well before you buy them.

These ppl wasted my time. They sent some flyers for like a contest. It said I was a winner and when I called I asked if it was some marketing thing and they said no to come in and get the prize. At no part in the flyer did it say anything about matching a secondary number. So they ended up giving me $10 after I drove an hr and ask me about what car I'm driving and if I wanted to buy another. Don't waste ppl's time with b.s. Marketing.

Big place. Lots of selection. Multiple brands at one location. Modern, clean and pleasant. Reminds me of a Mercedes Benz dealership more than a import/domestic dealership.
