If you want your child to be seen by a team of the most incompetent and inept people on earth, go ahead and book this place. Not a single person with common sense. Long wait, horrible customer service, etc. They referred me to an orthopedic appointment, took X-rays of my child and had a note on my file to provide me with a CD with all the images. Not a single person followed directions, or read the notes. Made 4 calls the day of my ortho appointment because they never gave me the CD in the first place and they stated I had to come in person. Wasted a full day of work, because someone didn't do their job.

I don't even know where to begin! To sum it up, worst Doctors office I have ever been to. Additionally, they need new office staff that are well trained, have sympathy and knowledge.

Dr. Capote and Caroll Sengelmann P. A. -C.are amazing never had a complain. Office staff is very nice.

The doctors are very good, but the staff is horrible, they take time to answer the phones and they wait on hold is unbearable

I do like the doctor my daughter have but the wait time is ridiculous. 6 set of family's have been waiting since 10.30 it's now 12pm and we all still sitting here not one person was called. This is Crazy.

Dr. Capote and Caroll have been seeing my sister for many years. Doctor is extremely knowledgeable and is very experienced in this field. The front desk are very compassionate and try their best to bring a smile to my sister’s face even when she throws her tantrums. The place is also always tidy and clean. I highly recommend!

Yesterday, Monday, April 10, I had a bad experience at Dr. Capote's clinic. I have been caring for my children in that office since 2019, but I recently moved to the city of Fortmyers and for reasons that I have felt so far. Pleased with the attention of Dr. Capote, who has always cared for my children, I had not changed doctors since with their age I would only go for the annual checkup or something else unforeseen.
Well the thing was that I drove for two hours and although I left on time, the day was rainy and unfortunately I got caught in traffic on I75 and then in Palemto the traffic was congested before the descent 154, my appointment is for 2: 10 pm and 30 minutes before I was already calling that I was late, unfortunately I arrived at the clinic parking lot at 2: 52 pm and no matter how much I begged and asked to be attended to because I had driven 2 hours and had to return 2 more hours They decided that they were not going to treat me, but well, I think it's time to change the children and I suppose it doesn't make a difference for them with so many patients but for my 10 and 11 year old children and for me having driven 4 hours in traffic And the rain did make a difference, anyway. Thank you for the years you served them.
