Always an amazing experience. Took my daughter for a mani and pedi and they went out of their to make her first experience amazing.

Amazing! I went there recently for the first time to do gel manicure and gel pedicure. Has a great ambiance.

Yeilyn did my gel Manicure (she’s nice but didn’t speak English, which is my primary language), but I would go to her again. She’s very pleasant and was gentle with me and my nails have not chipped and it’s been over two weeks! I do use gloves with washing some dishes or dishwasher tho.

Barbara did my gel Pedi - I really liked her and she speaks English a bit.
Update: I would only let her do my toes since she cut my finger accidentally, she was very apologetic about it and professional and put alcohol on it, but I have a phobia against that. I’m too scared now

2.got cut on my finger by a nail technician here, and it hurts a lot- not pleased, have to be dressing it. Please be gentle and take your time, we are paying customers and i love gettin my nails done

It was a really nice salon. Love the size, clean, beautiful chairs, very comfortable. Made me a complimentary smoothie.
Front desk greeted in a friendly way. Maybe a little too friendly. Calling someone My Love repeatedly is not very professional.
I picked my pedicure and Mani colors at the desk and followed my nail artist back to the chairs after showing her a photo of what I wanted.
She did a similar look but wasn’t able to achieve the affect I had asked for.
I also felt that she painted my lines very quickly and wasn’t completely happy with the finished look. The lines weren’t even or the edges.
I was really surprised at the price as well. There were pretty high add on charges.

I did try to tell the girl at the front that I wasn’t completely happy because the effect wasn’t achieved and she completely dismissed it.
She said “Oh I like it like that and if you wanted that effect you needed to use this other product. ”
I’m thinking, “ you asked about My happiness. Not how You think my nails look”
I’m not changing my opinion bc You like it. It’s Still not what I asked for.
If my nail tech didn’t know how to do the effect she should have asked around. Your salon has about 15 chairs. With experienced nail artists I imagine.
Now I left feeling unsatisfied and $150 less.

Such a beautiful salon.
Barbara is awesome, super sweet and charismatic. I will definitely be coming back here next time I travel to Miami.

I've had my nails done with Liliana for two years and I always love how they turn out. Is the best!

It was a nice place and they offered me drinks however the acrylics began to pop off 2 days after I got them done. Not only that but they absolutely destroyed my nails to the skin. DO NOT GET ACRYLICS DONE HERE

This was my first time at this nail salon. The customer service was excellent. From the moment you walk in you feel appreciated. My pedicure and manicure were excellent!

I work with my hands so I barely ever get my nails done. When I do get them done, it’s usually an awkward experience that I can’t wait to be over.

This was NOR the case at Miami Nail Bar. I was easily able to make a same day appointment (during the week) and my nail tech was Lilliana. She was extremely kind and took the time to explain the different kinds of services I could do for my nails instead of acrylic which is what I usually get when I do get my nails done. She offered things that wouldn’t ruin my nail beds as much as the acrylics did.

We decided to do Gel X to let my natural nails continue to grow and she did an amazing job shaping and painting them! I rebooked with her for a month from now for a mani and pedi.

I can’t wait to go back! Thank you for helping this girl get out of her comfort zone and feel comfortable in a place where I usually feel like a fish out of water. I really appreciate it.

I will be looking for another nail salon. Great location. Close to home. Nice people but that last few times I have been in my finger was cut (gushing blood) during a manicure. Tech cut /pinched skin on the side of my toe causing an infection where it is now red, swollen and uncomfortable. This has happened just way too many times (I only listed the last two visits - but has happened more) over the course of me doing business here. On top of that since March of this year when they changed to a new platform for booking appointments - when I check out in store the screen shows one price but it appears they are now adding in the charges associated with using a credit card. Such charges should be CLEARLY disclosed at the time of purchase not later to be viewed on credit statement. This is bad business period. Good Bye

A very nice and welcoming place, the experience of its workers is excellent. Mikeilys is very professional in everything, I leave the salon very grateful for her work.

This place has great customer service and that’s the reason I keep coming back. They always try to make things right, always accommodating. Never an attitude. The owners are very respectful and pleasant. Mikeilys, Lilian’s and Cecilia are some of the ladies I had personally great experience with. Keep up the good work.

We made 2 appointments for my daughter and me. We made a mistake and one of us needed more time. Yesenia saved the day and offered to start the 2-hour service we needed at 7: 30pm and stay after hours so we could get it done. In the end, someone cancelled and they called us to see if we could come earlier (and we did). Loved the customer service. Yesenia and other ladies at front desk were so kind and helpful! We will be back and highly recommend this place!

It looks like Yesenia left. Since then, I have become a regular with Cecilia for gel manis. She is a true artist and takes such care with each nail (but not slow). I love this place. It is well organized, very professional, on time, and just a pleasure to be in.

I recently moved and tried a place near my new home and it did now work out. So, I will be making the long drive back to here because of the amazing quality and value. I truly value people who love what they do and do it well. This is why I keep coming back!

I’ve been coming here since late 2020/early 2021. I’ve only ever once had an issue but I understand accidents happen to the best of us. Every other time I’ve left satisfied with clean, tidy nails. I like the sharpness of a freshly manicured nail set and they do a good job. I now bring my kids and I’ve even convinced my significant other to do a pedicure once. I feel comfortable and confident with the staff and the pricing is reasonable. The cute little complimentary drinks are nice too.
