I have been going to Dr. J for over ten years. I started working with her in her Miami office and have seen here there and in NYC (my primary residence). Dr. J’s practice is efficiently and professionally run. It is rare to have even a few minutes of wait time. Her staff is also very sensitive to the patients privacy. It is wonderful to be able to get “touch ups” when I need them in either Miami or NYC. Dr. J has done Botox, filler and several lasers on my face and neck over the years. Approximately 4 weeks ago I had Botox done by Dr. J. Unfortunately the treatment did not work. I contacted Dr J’s office to let them know, especially since this is not the first time. (After my first treatment I had to return for a touch up). I sent them pictures that clearly showed the lack of result. Finally after leaving several messages with her office she returned my call. As soon as I answered the call Dr J was extremely rude. First thing she says “the problem is you can’t afford me. I am expensive and not everyone can afford me. To get the results you want it’s expensive. You can’t get Botox here”. I was shocked. I understand that some of us may need a little more treatment than others, but please explain it that way. She was very unprofessional, very arrogant.
