Very poor and incompetent customer service. Originally reached out regarding Physical Therapy plans and submitted all the documentation including Insurance+ Requisition Order and was told verification would take a couple of business days. A week later I reach out due to no updates or concern from the staff and they decide to inform me that they are taking no patients but there is a waitlist. This shows an extreme lack of commitment and customer service when it takes you a week to tell your customers that you are not treating ankle injuries. In addition to this, the phone number on their website is wrong and redirects you to the wrong office.

First time visiting Dr. Fernando E Hernandez. The appointment was on time. I was looking for a second opinion about my groin pain. I feel really confident about his medical opinion and the treatment. Highly recommended
