Miami Subs Grill, Hollywood FL

I just returned from this Miami subs for the second time in 20 minutes or so because they forgot my fries. First of all, I had to order from the drive through, which was weird because I've eaten inside at 2 o'clock before, but I also had to order from behind a car, at least ten feet from the window, basically yelling my order over the running car Infront of me (I walked there because it's right down street from me). I ordered a combo, was given a drink and told to wait by the side door for my food. About ten minutes later, my food is passed to me through the drive through Window, not the door, making me have to reach over, now, a different car. With that car pulling away and more coming, I took the bag and went home without looking. I took two bites of my sub when I got home and went to get my fries, which weren't there so I went back to get what I paid for, only to be ridiculed and made to feel like some kind of thief. I brought the bag they gave me to hopefully show that I didn't get fries. There was no grease marks or left over fries on the bottom but whatever, I had money and she knew it since my change she gave me was $12 (not to mention she saw me take the 20 out of a wad of more 20's. If I wanted more fries, I would have bought some the first time, not go back and stand there for 15 minutes letting my sub get cold.well she refused to give me my fries over and over. Well first she had the young man run the register when I walked up and told him to say there was nothing he could do and she was doing her best to ignore me. I never felt more insulted by a restaurant employee my entire life. I stayed put until there were no cars and no reason for her to ignore me so she finally talked to me, only to be completely rude. She finally says, "here's your fries! " Kinda pushing them into my arms and so I left, biting my tongue. Well I get home only to find the steak fries (pretty sure not what I was supposed to get) were burnt to a crisp and about 2/3s full and she had thrown a bunch of crumbled up napkins on top. Anyways, I've never been treated like this hence this super long complaint. This woman needs to be talked to and I can only hope she will never do this to another person. Thanks.this is the first bad review I've ever given to anyone. I gave 2 stars cuz the sub was great (even though it was cold by the time I got to eat it) but the service was just atrocious. March 2,2018 around 1230 am. Other than that mean lady, I like this location.

One of the best fast food local fav anyone from the south knows bout! Late night sub's or wings always ah gud deal. Loved mi likkle gyro this trip

Quick, clean food. No problems with anything. Would like the prices to be at least one dollar less on combos.

The location on Sheridan and us1 is consistently delicious. I love the chicken Philly, usually get 12 inch and have half now and half later. This location was terrible, very dry with no flavor, small amount of chicken was mixed with beef, like 2 slices of cheese on the whole 12 inch. The Miami subs seasoned fries had no seasoning at all, no salt, no pepper, just plain and flavorless. I was very disappointed. Will go out of my way next time even if this 1 is closer.

Hot dog was delicious but the seafood platter was burn and oil was old so upset but ate it cause was hungry

I would never wish for anyone to get FIRED but that location has three of the worst employees that needs to go back to orientation.one rude Haitian lady in the speaker, a mid shift young hood supervisor and a untrained cook whose inconsistent on how to make grilled chicken. I've made several complaints instead the young hood supervisor advised me ""if I don't like the service there's other locations - I responded you Right I never have an issue with the Hallandale staff- she followed up with they are better than Hallandale as an FY they made more than 30k than them ''' both her and the Haitian lady screaming / shouting at me with a room filled with costumers all because i received a burnt order of grilled chicken. I informed cooperate of the situation and yet no response - today was my first time returning after a month and they were there both gave me attitude in the drive thru and not surprise the chicken is under cooked & wet.my receipt is below as a followup- No customer should have to deal with that kind of behavior even if you don't like them as a customer. - Imagine how much business you've already lost in the past because of that kind employee who doesn't respect the purpose of the brand and Core Values.
