Liar and a cheat!
Scammed me, lied to me, never gave me a receipt, had mask off the entire time I had to keep telling her to put it on, didn’t give me what I ordered, AND made me and my kids wait in the drive through for 20 minutes after trying to argue with me about all the things she did wrong to me.
NEVER coming back and certainly reporting.

Just called to let them know the three number 5 orders were all singles instead of double and was asked how do they know they were really wrong. Then I was told I wasn't charged for double burgers but there's no way to be sure since the receipt literally only shows the total price and nothing else. The manager or whoever took the call wasn't really interested in worrying about and that was it. I'll definitely make sure to stay away from them from now on.

Same owners for years. Facelift truly needed inside. Outside was done a few years back. Same food as usual. Didn't have new sauces in stock for the wings but filled the void nonetheless.

Their Cheese steak sandwiches are pretty good considering they are a fast food joint with drive thru. Love their Nathan's Crinkle cut fries well done also. Once in awhile, not bad average pricing.

I've been a customer of this Miami Grill location for over 5 years and I've received nothing but A-
1customer service. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great!

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no onions (I'm very allergic) and extra mayo. It came with many onions and virtually no mayo. Also, I was told the grill was not working. I given a cold sandwich with no fries. I am very upset!

Not my first choice when it comes to subs, maybe it was bad experience with this particular branch but it was bad experience, food was cold, they had the order wrong and the staff attitude wasn't helpful at, definitely had me thinking of not visiting another miami subs when i seek good food.

The worst Miami Subs ever! No seasoned fries! Overpriced beer. Horrible. Management is the absolute worst!

Save your money.eat elsewhere. Ordered a side rice, barely got to taste it. The Caesar salad had watered down dressing. Ordered fries.no condiments. There is a spanish restaurant right next door. Im sure the food is better

For fast food it was very slow, small portions and mediocre tasting. I don't understand why this chain is so popular

Great food and the staff was awesome. The Manager and her husband are always there. They are very hard workers and very nice as well every time I go their.

Always super fast and nice! Food always taste phenomenal. Live down the street and this is our go to for sure!

Great food. MY only COMPLAINT would be THE BUSHES across the front windows Of the store front "SUPER DANGEROUS" when your trying to pull out of the Drive Thru, you can't see the oncoming traffic. HUGE LIABILITY IF U ASK ME (441 & Griffin rd)

Food was better than other Miami Subs locations I've been to. Seems like they're under new management? Worth a revist to check up.

If I could put no stars I would. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, bun was flat instead off fresh. Cheese was melted with meat not on top. Very dirty place. Never go again.

Always giving small portions and i order the chicken wing platter nothing but fried skin not that much meat

Certainly tired of a failed, soggy, and small portion size cheesesteak. 3 times to get it right. If you say the portion is weight ahead then you need to have a meeting to increase the portion size. Epic fail in the food industry. Its ashame.

Not very pleased with the drive through service I was given and the staff was rude and I don’t understand how a chicken philly would be more than a steak philly just cause you want everything on it! This place is a joke!

The manager has these ppl working hard. The meat in my hoagie was not enough. Next time extra meat and cheese please.
