Miami Swim With Dolphin Tours

It’s expensive and dolphin they gave us for encounter was old and weak. Felt sad for it. Swim with dolphin was good with young and energetic. Photo package includes only photos for 50$. It would be better if can get some good moments videos with it. They should let observer to get better view even though they are not interacting. Observer can see only backside of interaction.

I had a great experience swimming with Dolphins in Miami. Dolphinworld did a great job to help me book the right swim for me. It was my first time and the Dolphins are amazing and gentle.

This was such a great experience at getting to see the dolphins up close! How they listen to cues and hand gestures. You can also swim with them too. This is a dolphin rescue so all proceeds go to helping them take care of the dolphins they have and the ones they can save!

Do not support this establishment. They imprisoned an orcha whale her entire life and treated her horribly until she died. They abuse the animals and should be shut down immediately. If you love animals, do not go here.

We "swam" with the seals. It was a pretty awesome experience. However, using the word "swim" with the seals was a little deceiving. We did not get to swim with them. We stood in the pool, up against a wall and had a couple interactions with them. It was still a great experience but a little bit of a let down since the description made it seem like you would be swimming with them.

The experience of Miami Swim with the Dolphins turned out be an exhileaating experience for my grand daughter. She participated in the Royal Swim which gave her the experience to actually engage with the dolphins and have them swim with her holding on to their
fins. She will never forget this adveture nor will I.

Very easy to get tickets online. Absolutely was the best day of our vacation. I love dolphins and I am ready to do it again

Me and my kids had a wonderful time seeing the dolphins up close my 6 year old son was scared but did awesome!

The dolphins are amazing to see up close, touch, and swim with. However the trainer that was with my family definitely needs some training on how to deal with people. Rude and condescending. There was actually a sense of nastiness that we got from most employees working in that park. The pictures and video packages that were offered were over the top expensive. For the price i paid for top tier experience that i got for my family i would have thought at least one free picture would be included. That is not the case. I gave this review 3 stars that were strictly for the dolphins themselves. Everything else there needs loads of improvement.

Very nice experience my children loved it since it was a birthday present. Really recomend to do this it´s something they will remember forever.

I didnt really get as much interaction with the dolphins as i wouldve liked other than taking 3 posed pics with one so the amount of dolphin interaction i got was not even for 5 minutes. I also didnt expect to be with a group of 22 people when nowhere online does it say youll be with that large of a group. I dont believe that dolphins are made to drag humans around so i didnt purchase the actual swimming package, but i wouldve liked to do tricks with the dolphin and maybe pet it and have a brief companionship as a memory.

They don't know nothing when I drop my truck I told him can you check first I have a warranty for my truck fix it the recalls if I don’t have any warranty for my truck don’t fix it I don’t pay anything so And when I came to pick up the truck, they told me that I should be paid they are cheating they say i did diagnostics And then I paid 1,295 cents dollars, I will give them to the court

It was amazing! I and Mary went here. Mary got to do the Dolphin Swim Odyssey which was so much fun and she thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were helpful and the Dolphins seemed happy!

Wish I could give a 0. From start to finish a horrible experience. From booking the tickets for the dolphin experience to trying to get our money back because they closed the program down because they claim they saw a lightning strike. We waited for over an hour for them to say oh never mind we are closing the dolphin program for the day and when we couldn’t reschedule beviase we were leaving for home the next day they gave you the run around and didn’t want to refund you. We had to pay for parking the tolls to get there and everyone acted like it was our fault. It’s been 6 days still have yet to be refunded our $1200. If you like to waste money and be talked to like a degenerate then this is the place for you for sure. Absolutely disgusted that a family event turned into such a negative experience. DO BETTER!
