Great parking for trucks, clean, organized and safe, very professional concierge team, in particular I would like to give 100 stars to a Venezuelan girl (Stephanie), wonderful person and super professional, 1000 stars for this girl!

Called just now to verify they have a truck wash and I was no they they don't have a truck wash.

One star only for normal parking (previously I parked like this at your place) Your service is very terrible. Why do you leave your phone number and write around the clock if it is absolutely impossible to reach you? I've been trying to call for more than an hour and find out if there are free seats or not and no one picks up the phone. I won't come to you again in my life

Expensive $58.00 for 24 hours and 5 minutes. I arrive to check out on time. But the security was checking some paper. Head down. Never look at me. Till i told him. I need to check out. But it wat late. He told me 1 minute over 24 hours $. 15.00 + taxes. Their system is designed to squeeze the costumers. 2 stars for the clean parking lot.

Great secured parking. Very clean. 35 dollars for 24hours. Lose your ticket and they charge you 250 dollars, ridiculous. Showers were clean and roomy. Bring your own towels. No store, no restaurant.

I would like you to consider my complaint about this person, HECTOR JIMENEZ, as he was very rude. After I asked him for the place where I usually always park, he said that there is no parking there. I simply told him that I used to park there before, and then he started to be rude and use bad words. After that, he said that he has no parking. For me, this is a very bad situation, and I had to leave

This was a superb place! Very clean and nice smooth pavement! Very nice staff, private restrooms for use! It is kinda expensive but if you look at competitive rates they are all about the same except this place is much nicer than the others!

The nicest, cleanest and safest place in all of Miami, they have very well conditioned luxury showers, the staff is very nice.

Most expensive parking, secured paved showers $13 no towels, The guy at gate did not let us in because we had a russian pasport and temporary driver Florida license which is paper, on top of that he is ignoring customer service, update; this guys not letting my drivers to park on weekends unless they TIP him $20 extra while they have alot of spots empty this is a joke, no way to reach management or send them reviews. I would choose this place as a last option,

If you have even a bit of humanity, you should not come to this place. Don’t support this business. This place ran by racists and woman haters. THEY KICKED ME OUT when i was sleeping in my truck at night! I had very unpleasant experience being an immigrant woman. They think they can scare anyone with police, a girl at reception wouldn’t engage when i paid, and random staff (I saw older guy) would threaten when i clearly wasn’t talking. This place and people deserve bad karma they get for treating people like that. I wish they could learn some empathy or common sense. Stay away! Inhumane treatment and behavior from management.

I would rather get a ticket for parking somewhere on the street rather these guys ripping off truck drivers! Cheaper to park on the street LOL!

Very rude employees. DO NOT RESERVE A SPOT. You can not leave and come back if you pay in 24 hrs in advance. They will make you pay again. $14 for shower $6 for towel $35 for parking. No food after 2pm place is a joke. Just find a hotel with parking.

Worst place ever. Held us hostage, wouldn’t let us pay without title or ticket. Manager wanted original title, threatened with police. I ended up paying over $2000 for 2 months of parking. Rude staff and moreover very unprofessional security guy who also threatens woman, I felt very unsafe near that guy, literally scared that he would do something to me even though I was surrounded by people, he called me slur names. NEVER EVER COMING BACK. Management even backed up that guy.

It’s a pay to park location. You can pay nightly or monthly. This place is really nice change of pace. Nice patio area to sit at and great shower rooms. They have a shop here. The staff are a great bunch of people.

All recommendations for parking truck in Miami. Secure, 24h security, restrooms, shower’s, Nice, quiet, big parking lot.

Only reason I won't give a 1 star is because they have a paved parking lot.

Spacious showers BUT ANT INFESTED and NO AC (all 8 of them) old shipping containers made into shower pods

Easy access from road. 0-2 hrs is $14 and 24hr is $35. CARD ONLY no cash fenced paved lot with a on site food truck, shower, and truck DURING BUSINESS HOURS. After business hours the amenities are slim. Just semi nice portable toliets. Showers are $14 paid via a qr code from the security guard shack. Once paid they will guide you to showers which are really nice.but the AC hasn't been working for 2 months.to hot to even shower. After paying for a shower I was advised about the ac not working and told I could not get a refund. Decided to leave and was told I needed to pay $14 to exit. Lost $28 in 1 hr.
