Very disappointing service not sure if they are under staff or under trained. Never even made the appointment as they take your information and leave you waiting. Choose to go to a more caring office that check my health care info and booked my appointment same day.

This has got to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a Doctor’s office, especially as a new patient.

Firstly, the guy in underwriting who took my call & information was totally rude and unprofessional from the start. He then proceeded to lie about my primary caregiver’s office reaching out to them with my information in attempts to set up my appointment.

As I tried asking him basic questions he proceeded to reply in a very dry, condescending and apathetic manner and then got a total attitude when I asked him if this is the way they treat their new clients.

Needless to say, I’m going to explore other options. My guess is that this surgeon has no clue what unprofessional staff he employs.

The doctors really care about you. I have had 2 surgeries and Doc Anderson has been so kind and understanding. I was a nervous wreck and he has a calming effect. The second surgery I had the honor of being operated by all three surgeons including Dr. Wittels and Dr Anderson. I cannot ask gor more. GREAT people! With a heart.

Dr. Wittles is the best Orthopedic Surgeon. Thanks to him by fractured ankle is back to good conditions. He cares about his patients.

This is by far the worst experience of my entire life. Multiple times hung up on. Re-routed. Insurance orders not sent for MRI. MRI results not sent.

I went in with pain and left with pain plus aggravation. I told Dr. Kirollos Gendi everything that was going on in our first appointment. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn’t help me on the second appointment because he doesn’t do certain things which he failed to tell me our first appointment. Stay away. Stay far away. Actually, run in the opposite direction. Unreal, horrible customer service. There is a reason why this office has bad reviews.

Over 30 years of experience! There is no better orthopedic group! Very knowledgeable and great outcomes for his patients. He did an amazing job with my mom’s foot.

Dr. Michael B Wittels is Absolutely the best Orthopedic Sports Medicine doctor that anyone should see if you need an Orthopedic Doctor. Accept his treatment as superb and the best you can get.

Excellent care provided by Dr. Anderson. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. It was refreshing to find a trust worthy doctor. 3 days post surgery, I am ready for the gym.lightly at least.

Horrible experience, my husband went in there and there were literally about 10 people waiting to be seen. After about 1 hour he was seen and explained what was going on with his foot etc, the doctor stated he would send an MRI and someone from the office would call him for the MRI prescription. This was about 1 month and a half ago and we’re still waiting for the call, the place where he was sent for MRI stated they never received anything as well. I called and commented this to the secretary and all she said was, we are backed up with work the lady was on vacation and will come back tomorrow. Mind you this was a day after I called the MRI office and almost 1 week after his visit.
