I have been treated by Dr. Diaz and his team for 5 or 6 years. They are excellent. Always take time to listen to all questions. I have been very pleased.

I’m approaching 4 years since my treatments ended and credit Dr. Diaz, Sara, Wendy and others for enabling me to continue to get older. Their care, patience and experience has been just marvelous and I’m truly delighted with the collective efforts of FCS team. Recently I heard Sara Durkin was leaving FCS but nonetheless know I’ll be in good hands. Thank you.

Dr. Diaz is the bomb when it comes to attacking cancer. In 2010 I was diagnosed with stage 4 non small cell lung cancer. I thought it was all over but Dr. Diaz and Florida Cancer told me if I would fight they would help. 13 years later I was told I'm in remission. I was doing the happy dance for a week. I still see them every 4 months right now but I'm confident that they will make it to where it's once a year. That fateful day in 2010 probably was the best day of my life to find this organization. I would and have told people they need to go here if they even think something isn't right. I love these guys

Dr Diaz IS excellent, very caring. He's an excellent listener and explainer. I never feel rushed. Even his PAs have the same demeanor! When I need a' special medicine ordered via a foundation their 'RX to Go' speciality in-house pharmacy is also excellent to work with.

A few times Dr D and is PAs have said they know someone at Moffitt Cancer Center/Tampa (only NCI hospital/research center in FL!) This shows me he and is team stay on top of new research.

Hello my name is Andrea Crosby, and I met Doctor Diaz back in June 2010 when I had my first iron treatment. Dr Diaz was very kind very passionate about his work he didn't treat me like a number he treated me like a patient that really needed his help for three years, fast forward to 2018 when I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed to find a doctor Dr Diaz was recommend to me from another one of my favorite doctors Dr Kevin Witt hands down I knew that I wanted Dr Diaz to be my doctor once again didn't have to think about it twice he has the most wonderful staff Wendy and Sarah they really treat you like family this has been a long journey but I thank God for the people that God has put in my path the doctors his staff and my family from the bottom of my heart Dr Diaz and his staff deserve five stars thank you Dr Diaz for being the doctor that you are.

Upon entering the cancer center I am waited on in a timely manner. I am happy with the care I am receiving.

I was inside of the office and when I saw the doctor and talked with him about a couple of things he told me about and then I went to the back room to get seeing by the nurse and then I had got my treatment it went very well doctors and nurses are nice and they take great care of me really good and I been going here for a long time to see the doctor I have good and bad days sometimes but this day was not to bad and I really appreciate my doctor name is Dr. Diaz he great and his partners help him out with his patient I truly appreciate it very much and thank you all again

Doctor Diaz is amazing has helped me with contracting with a great plastic surgeon.and the staff is always friendly and kind.

The Dr is knowledgeable but the office takes advantage of the elderly and miscodes the insurance. This is illegal. Office manager Kimberly is rude and could care less about billing properly.

Dr. Diaz, I wanted to thank you for getting me the prescriptions renewed so quickly and I apologize for my attitude. I got the prescriptions Thursday, which was the last day of the ones I had. So it worked out perfectly. Thank you, Robert Bendig
