I called my insurance agent to remove a car from my policy and I was blessed that she answered “Esmi” she is wonderful she did a phenomenal job! Immediately she helped me with my initial need and also took the time to review my policy to make sure everything was correct! Of course she found that there were certain discrepancies that should not have been there and fixed it and helped me to save money! Very unresponsive.everytime i’d call no one would answer, when they did answer i would always get an attitude from the person answering the phones.on top of that, i wanted my policy canceled and they NEVER CANCELED MY POLICY! All they did was turn my auto pay off! I had to call the main statefarm number to get my policy canceled and get my back pay! Terrible service.do not trust this agents office

Unresponsive and unreliable. I am a client of this agency and have spent a month trying to get assistance and information on my policy, have placed 5 calls, spoken with 3 individuals, all who said they would review and call me back. A month later I still have not received a call back. Will be switching agencies, do not waste your energy or time with this one. Unprofessional.

Titiana Martinez is excellent! I had a problem sending over my information, and she figured it out and assisted me immediately! I am a senior and get confused with my printer, she did not say anything, figured me out, and handled my paperwork with speed and efficiency! My hero!
