This store is the BEST! Karina helped me decide on a chic purse that was soooooo versatile! I told her what I was looking for and she delivered! She was sooo amazing to myself and my guy who hates purse shopping with me bc I'm so indecisive hahaha I LOVED her vibes! Karina is a gem who went above and beyond to make my experience ABSOLUTELY memorable. Everyone was friendly and pleasant which says alot about WHO manages the store! I've went to a few MK stores before and Karina makes THIS location look good. In conclusion, I'm in LOVE my crossbody and I will be wearing it with everything. Karina SLAYS!

I live in Parrish - just under 15 minutes from the Ellenton Outlets and any time I need a new bag I will drive to this location every time! This store has so many options and friendly, helpful staff. I love that they don’t hover, but are aware enough that if they see you struggling to make a choice they will jump over and give a suggestion. The store is large, clean, and every associate here is extremely friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here and will keep coming back over and over again!

I was told I could make an exchange even without the tag as long as I have a receipt, it was in 30 days of the purchase, and it looks brand new (it does) drove all the way and then was told I couldn't. So they need to do a better job at making sure there employees know the return and exchange policy.

I love coming here. One of my absolute favorite stores to shop at. Amanda was absolutely amazing! We hit it off right away. I visit Tampa every year to see my sister. And I always make a stop here. I visited the store twice and Amanda was always there to help me out. She made my shopping experience magical. She’s the sweetest person ever. She went above and beyond on making sure I got everything I wanted. She helped me pick out beautiful purses. All of her suggestions were wonderful. I couldn’t have done it without her. She is truly a beautiful person inside and out. Amanda thank you so much for your help and your kind words. No one has ever made my shopping this amazing. I hope to see you soon. I am impressed with the level of customer service that the Michael Kors Outlet in Lutz, FL possesses. During our visit on 04/23/22, all staff members were accommodating, cordial, pleasant, and were willing to answer all the myriad of questions that my wife and I had. Special shout out to Allison, who was very kind and patient to us. I felt that at times, I made things very challenging to the staff, but they were still helpful, maintained smiles on their faces, and rose to the occasion. Also, the store was very clean and well-organized, and we felt we purchased well-made products at the reasonable price.

Absolutely love coming here! The staff is always attentive and helpful since half the time I never really know what I’m looking for lol but I always seem to leave with something I love

Anna was the clerk that helped me out, at the time some items were 70% off so I purchased 5 of the same item just different color handles. They gave me unopened bags which was nice as well.

Great selections and sale prices for purses, wallets and other accessories. Employees are courteous and know details of their products. No military discounts at this outlet store.

Went to this store to buy a Michael kors shirt that was on sale. It was marked down 60%, my size wasn't on the shelves.the employee said the will check the back for the XL I need, she came back and said we don't have anymore. Ok fine, but then another guy came in looking at the same black collar Michael kors shirt. He needed the same size I needed. The employee went to the back and came out with the XL that she told me she didn't have. Not understanding this mess, especially since I traveled to Tampa from Atlanta ga on vacation to be treated like that in an outlet store. I love Tampa, but I will not shop at another Michael kors store. I will let all my fellow family and friends know about the horrible experience with this store.
